Gargling for a sore throat - what is the most effective way to gargle?

Microorganisms that cause sore throat are very diverse. There are bacteria, fungi, and viruses, and in each case a separate, most appropriate medicine should be prescribed.

Table of contents:

If the disease is bacterial in nature, antibiotics are used, and if it is fungal, antifungal agents are used.

For some forms of viral tonsillitis, antiviral agents (acyclovir), as well as immunomodulators and inducers of interferon synthesis are prescribed. However, the effectiveness of the latter is in question.

Along with the systemic use of appropriate drugs, local treatment methods are also used. However, regardless of the type of tonsillitis, gargling for a sore throat will always be a useful and necessary way to combat the disease at home.

However, remember that gargling cannot completely cure a sore throat. Based on the fact that sore throat is an infectious disease, you need the help of a doctor who will prescribe antibiotics. At home, gargling is aimed only at easing pain and reducing inflammation of the tonsils.

How to gargle correctly?

For the procedure to be effective, follow these rules:

  1. You only need to gargle with a warm solution.
  2. Carry out this procedure at least 2 times a day (each rinsing procedure should last about 3-5 minutes).
  3. When rinsing, it is best to tilt your head back a little, but so that the solution does not flow into the nasal cavity (this is not enough to introduce an infection there). When rinsing, you must pronounce the letter “y” constantly, as this helps to lower the root of the tongue and better wash the problem areas with the solution.
  4. Gargling should be used throughout the entire period of the disease.
  5. Do not swallow the rinse solution under any circumstances!
  6. Do not drink or eat anything after the procedure for half an hour, because the effect of the medicine occurs not only during rinsing, but also after it.

It is important to remember that bacteria are able to adapt to environmental changes, and therefore be resistant to the means by which they are destroyed. In order for the rinsing to be properly effective, sessions can be alternated - rinsing once with medicinal agents, and a second time with non-medicinal agents. This sequence will also be useful for the throat itself, which will not be unnecessarily exposed to potent drugs.

How to gargle with a sore throat: folk remedies

At home, you can use available folk remedies to gargle. Let's look at popular recipes for the best way to gargle at home:

  1. A solution of salt, iodine and soda. Pour warm boiled water into a glass, add 5 drops of iodine, add one teaspoon each of soda and salt. Mix thoroughly and gargle with the solution as often as possible.
  2. Soda and water. This is a traditional rinse recipe. Dissolve a teaspoon of soda in a glass of warm liquid. The more often you rinse, the better.
  3. Beet juice. This product is easy to prepare and use. The main effect of beet juice is anti-inflammatory. By gargling with this solution, you can quickly and effectively eliminate pain and swelling. Vinegar is also added to fresh beet juice: about 20 ml of vinegar per 200 ml of juice. The procedure must be repeated every 30 minutes.
  4. Herbal rinse. If there are no allergic reactions to herbs, then you can make an infusion of eucalyptus, calendula and chamomile, another option is wormwood, calendula, plantain, another option is sage, mallow and elderberry flowers. To do this, brew one tablespoon of one of the mixtures with a glass of boiling water, cool, filter and gargle. You can rinse with pure chamomile infusion.
  5. Apple vinegar . Dissolve 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Gargle every hour. Instead of a vinegar solution, you can take a kombucha infusion.
  6. Propolis. 10% alcohol solution of propolis – 2 tsp. add to 100 g of warm water. Gargle 5 times a day, add propolis solution (a few drops) to tea.
  7. Lemon juice . It is mixed with water. It is best to keep the proportion 2:3. It eliminates pain and reduces inflammation. Lemon is a natural antiseptic. Gargle your throat as often as possible.
  8. Linden . The plant is famous for its anti-inflammatory qualities. For sore throat, make a decoction of linden flowers. Pour boiling water over a tablespoon of raw materials. Gargle with warm broth.

These folk remedies can be used as a gargle for purulent sore throat, as well as for milder forms of the disease to relieve symptoms, as well as relieve a sore throat.

Gargling with effective drugs

Alternating medications and tinctures is better than simply gargling for a sore throat with only chamomile or peroxide. The most available drugs for use:

  1. Furacilin. To prepare the solution, take 0.2 g of furatsilin and 100 ml of boiled hot water. It is better to crush Furacilin first so that it dissolves better. This can be done directly in the package by tapping it with something heavy. Then pour furatsilin into a glass, pour boiling water over it and stir until it dissolves. Cool the resulting solution to 20C and you can start gargling.
  2. Dioxidine. Used in the most severe cases of infection, when soda gargle or herbal infusions do not help. The ampoule (1%) is dissolved in a glass of water and rinsed for up to 5 days. It is recommended to use three times a day.
  3. Chlorophyllipt. You can purchase a ready-made solution, or you can buy a preparation to dissolve in water. This product is effective as a disinfectant and anti-inflammatory drug made from natural ingredients.
  4. Okie. A measuring cup is sold complete with the medication. Fill it halfway with warm water (hot and cold are strictly prohibited), and use the spray bottle on the bottle to add the solution. Rinse for at least half a minute up to twice a day.
  5. Miramistin. It is considered a fairly effective medication for providing a powerful anti-inflammatory effect on a sore throat. It can be purchased in the form of a solution or spray.

Remember that under no circumstances should you gargle with a sore throat instead of taking systemic antibiotics. Rinses can only be used in addition to the main treatment of the disease. At the same time, gargling with different means allows you to solve different problems with sore throat.

Contraindications

Although gargles are safe to use, some ingredients may be harmful to your health. That is why it is recommended to observe the following contraindications:

  • individual intolerance to constituent substances;
  • allergic reaction to medicinal rinses;
  • Some people's inability to gargle properly can only make the situation worse.

the throat is generally my weak point(((I always start to get sick from it, the only thing that saves me is frequent gargling with furatsilin or soda, and yodangin cocoa butter with milk at night!

And I heard that furatsilin does not help at all. I also buy myself yodangin, dissolve it in warm milk and drink it. VERY tasty, gets a cocoa drink.

If I drink milk with honey, it’s only at night. During the day there is no time and it is inconvenient. It is better and easier to pop a Grammidin tablet into your mouth and get rid of a sore throat. After taking this pill, I can even eat and drink without problems, the condition is so much easier.

The doctor generally prescribed me an antibiotic and no rinsing (

I agree about grammidin. Only I have it in the form of a spray, not tablets, but I’m quite happy with it. Maybe with rinsing together I would have recovered even faster, I don’t know)), but even with this spray it seemed to me that my throat stopped bothering me pretty soon.

What is the best way to gargle a sore throat?

As a rule, in winter we most often catch a cold, which leads to a sore throat and other unpleasant health consequences.

Lately I've come across a lot of information about how to gargle. I have never said anywhere that I gargle with propolis tincture, and once is enough for me not to get sick.

It’s time to write an article on this topic on your blog. I want to share with you my experience, and I have quite a lot of it, and my conclusions about the better way to gargle.

As a child, I often had sore throats and colds. They even wanted to remove the tonsils, but fortunately there was a doctor who advised physical treatment. After several sessions, apparently the tonsils became stronger and the disease no longer began to cling so often.

But during those years of illness, I learned well what to do if my throat hurts, how to gargle it at home, what I haven’t tried.

Now this happens extremely rarely and I already know what is the best thing to do and how to gargle effectively.

There are many gargles, including different solutions, decoctions and herbal tinctures. All of them are useful and give positive results. You can choose any of what you have at home.

It is only important to do this procedure without fail and more often.

After washing the throat, tonsils, and moisturizing the mucous membrane, the pain subsides.

In addition to gargling, its treatment, of course, requires an integrated approach: this includes plenty of warm drink (tea, compote, milk with honey, rosehip decoction and others), gentle light nutrition, inhalations, often drug treatment and even bed rest.

I also advise you to make this compress: a strip of aluminum foil, folded several times, apply it to your throat and tie it with a scarf. Helps relieve pain incredibly quickly. Read more about foil treatment.

And now directly about gargling.

How to gargle correctly

I will share my experience and remember well what recommendations the doctors gave me.

First, prepare the rinse solution. Be sure to take warm boiled water (not scalding hot, but at a comfortable temperature). I think it should be 38-40 degrees. It is at this temperature that viruses begin to die. But, really, I never measured it.

And too hot can burn your sore throat.

For one rinse, half a glass of water is enough, in which you need to dissolve the product of your choice.

Next, you yourself probably know: we put the solution in our mouth, throw our heads back, rinse, and spit it out. We use the entire prepared solution.

In general, I heard that it would be better to gargle with a whole glass of solution. I think that this is not so important.

For half an hour after rinsing, you should neither drink nor eat anything.

I usually gargle immediately after eating or drinking.

In the acute initial stage of the disease, it is recommended to gargle with solutions of antibacterial and antiviral agents, which disinfect, relieve pain, and prevent inflammation from spreading. These are such as soda, salt, hydrogen peroxide, apple cider vinegar, propolis tincture.

You can alternate solutions. This condition is not mandatory. But I just think that each of them has its own, some inherent beneficial properties, and such complex, varied treatment is only beneficial.

When the pain has subsided and the swelling has subsided, you can continue gargling your sore throat with herbs.

How often should you gargle? Doing this two or three times a day is extremely insufficient! There will be no benefit from such treatment. You need to gargle every hour! At least in the first three days.

How many days should I gargle? Don't stop treatment as soon as you feel a little better. There may be no more pain, but the throat will remain red because its inflammation has not yet completely passed. And an untreated disease, as you understand, can lead to a new disease and various complications.

So you will have to gargle for seven to ten days.

Read more about how to gargle a sore throat.

Gargles

We will now choose the best way to gargle. Let's start, as I already said, with different kinds of solutions.

Propolis tincture

First on this list I put propolis tincture. After all, this miracle is a natural antibiotic with powerful antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. After gargling with propolis, the pain quickly goes away.

I don't know a better way to prevent colds.

I’ll tell you using my recent example. At the beginning of December last year, when the temperature outside changed sharply from above zero to 20 degrees below zero, I walked to the store and breathed in the cold air. Out of habit, the next morning my throat became blocked and I began to feel unwell, foreshadowing a cold.

I immediately made a solution of propolis tincture and gargled a couple of times. Additionally, I added a spoonful of tincture to tea with rose hips and honey. At work I also drank tea with propolis and by lunchtime I was completely healthy.

This is what I always do. It may be enough to gargle with propolis tincture just once to prevent the onset of the disease.

You can gargle with propolis tincture when you have a cold, for tonsillitis, sore throat, and other diseases.

How to gargle with propolis. For this purpose, you should have a bottle of propolis tincture at home. You can prepare it yourself or buy it at the pharmacy.

Add one teaspoon of tincture to a glass of warm water, stir and the gargling solution is ready. I usually take half a spoon for half a glass of water.

If you don’t have propolis at home, then everyone has soda and salt. They are also wonderful healers, they fight bacteria well and relieve pain.

In principle, you can prepare only a soda solution for gargling or only a saline solution.

To gargle with soda, the proportions are as follows: half a teaspoon of soda and 100 ml of water.

Exactly the same proportions for gargling with salt.

But the effect is tripled if you combine both of these components and add iodine to them. As a child, I was treated so often and then gave my son such a solution.

To gargle with soda, salt and iodine, the proportions of the solution are as follows: 200 ml of water, half a teaspoon each of soda and salt and 6 drops of iodine.

There is also a lot of iodine in nut membranes. Therefore, do not throw them away; an infusion of walnut partitions can be successfully used for gargling; I myself have used them more than once.

Hydrogen peroxide

I already sing the praises of hydrogen peroxide. First of all, this liquid has helped me not get the flu for many years. Recently, with her help, I was able to remove fungus from my toenail. And it also has many, many amazing properties.

So you can and even need to gargle with it.

Hydrogen peroxide, in contact with mucous membranes, cleanses the surface of pus, blood and harmful substances, i.e. disinfects it.

How to gargle with hydrogen peroxide. Doctors advise dissolving a tablespoon of 3% peroxide in half a glass of water or one tablet of hydroperite in a glass of water.

I remember an incident when, on New Year’s Eve, I went to visit relatives in the Vologda region and fell ill with a sore throat. I was a little upset; I really didn’t want to celebrate the New Year sick. That’s when I was advised to gargle with a solution made from hydroperite. The product turned out to be very effective and helped me quickly. But I still didn’t like the taste, it was too strong.

Therefore, I make the solution softer: firstly, I use mostly peroxide in liquid form, it is more convenient and can always be had at home, and secondly, I take only a teaspoon of liquid per 100 ml of water.

You can gargle with peroxide only 4-5 times a day, no more, and after this procedure you also need to gargle with just warm water or herbal decoctions.

The same and other remedies are also effective for toothache.

Apple vinegar

Just like peroxide, apple cider vinegar creates an acidic environment on the mucous membrane, disinfects, relieves inflammation and sore throat. Gargling with apple cider vinegar prevents various complications.

Naturally, the bite is not used in its pure form, but in the form of a solution of a teaspoon in a glass of warm water.

Since this is an acidic product, after gargling with it, you must rinse again with clean water.

What else can you use to gargle a sore throat?

Coca Cola

This drink, which is harmful to the body, turns out to be great for sore throats and kills bacteria.

It is enough to warm it up a little and gargle. Our doctors also prescribe such a simple remedy, including for children. Try it, I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

Eucalyptus tincture and fir oil

Again, from my experience I can recommend eucalyptus tincture. I also often bought it at the pharmacy just for gargling. In fact, this is the most famous use of this plant with the powerful antiseptic properties of its leaves.

I really like the aroma of eucalyptus, and the essential oils it contains are very gentle and pleasant on a sore throat.

Proportions for rinsing: a teaspoon of tincture per glass of water.

Another essential oil for gargling is fir oil, which also has disinfectant, antimicrobial and antiviral effects.

To gargle a sore throat, you only need two drops of oil, which you need to add to the chamomile decoction.

Herbs for gargling

Herbal treatment is always welcome and you and I love to use them.

You can gargle with herbs, alternating them with gargling with other solutions listed above, or gargle with solutions for the first three days, and then brew the herbs.

What herbs to gargle with? Chamomile, calendula and sage are best suited for these purposes. Both decoctions and infusions are made from them.

Details on how to make decoctions, infusions and tinctures can be found in my article by following the link.

To prepare an infusion of chamomile or calendula, pour a tablespoon of one of these herbs with boiling water (one glass), let it brew a little, during which time it will cool down to a comfortable temperature.

I'm allergic to chamomile, so I don't use it. It is also convenient to use calendula in the form of an alcohol tincture, a spoonful of which should be diluted in a glass of water.

But I especially like gargling with sage. Its infusion is as pleasant as eucalyptus, even somewhat reminiscent of it, and like propolis it is a natural antibiotic. It’s not for nothing that pharmacies even sell sage tablets for sore throats. I used them when I had to go to work and there was no way to gargle.

An infusion of sage is prepared in the same way; a teaspoon of dry herb is added to a glass of boiling water.

I told you about available remedies that almost everyone can have at home for gargling a sore throat, which I myself have ever used. They are all very effective. What is the best way to gargle, which ones to choose? For me, the best remedy is propolis tincture, but it is better to use several remedies in turn.

And if you have a cough, see what remedies you can use with honey to treat it.

Gargling is a very effective method of treating a throat, it went away on its own, and peroxide helps a lot, and baking soda with salt, and herbs, but I didn’t have to use apple cider vinegar and propolis. And to have an effect you need to rinse very often, I rinsed twice, or even three times in an hour and it helped.

There are plenty of gargling remedies, especially folk ones. The main thing is not to be lazy and remember that in this case, the more often the better!

I once had problems with my throat - constant sore throats - and beet juice helped. Over the years, I don’t remember the exact dosage of preparation, but it seems like this: grate the beets on a coarse grater. Add a tablespoon of vinegar to a glass of this mixture. After a day, squeeze out and gargle with the resulting solution.

ABOUT! Good advice. Beets also have wonderful healing properties.

When my throat starts to hurt, I immediately add water, baking soda and salt. If I manage to grab it in time, the next day there is not even a trace of a cold left. I liked your method with cola. I'll take it into account.

My throat is a weak spot. Doctors usually recommend soda or salt and herbal infusions. I tried sodas and salts, but I couldn’t, they made me sick. The only thing is that I can easily tolerate eucalyptus tincture and it helps quickly. But I prefer inhalations with herbs, since I tolerate this procedure quite normally.

I also remember that I loved eucalyptus more than soda with salt, and even with nasty iodine. That's why I always had a bottle of tincture in stock at home. Eucalyptus is both softer and more pleasant than a soda-salt solution.

I have chronic tonsillitis, this is not uncommon in our region. When I have a cold, I gargle with warm kombucha, the main thing is not to overdo it with acid. I haven’t drunk mushroom for a long time, but use it instead of vinegar in the kitchen.

Yes, the acidic environment here also helps heal the throat.

I also gargle, this is the most effective for all symptoms. There are so many remedies, although I have many recipes.

This is not only effective, but is also a mandatory procedure in complex treatment. After all, by rinsing the throat, various microbes and pus are removed and the mucous membrane is moistened.

I've had a sore throat for so long that I don't even remember it. Most likely it was in childhood. The older sister and her husband are beekeepers, they suck honey and gargle with propolis, they say it helps.

I’m the same, propolis is great for helping with sore throats and more.

This is the first time I’ve heard about gargling with cola! I'll have to try it when the opportunity arises (I wish it didn't happen!)

Yes, it’s better not to get sick, of course.

Good tips for gargling, but I would never use Coca Cola. I don’t like this drink, and it’s harmful.

The effect here is the same as that of some useful poisons: drinking in large quantities is harmful, but in small doses they have a therapeutic effect.

I tried almost everything listed, except that I never got around to Coca-Cola))) And I didn’t really like peroxide either, although the liquid is phenomenal. If the need arises, I prefer herbs and tinctures based on them.

We usually use furatsilin or chamomile for gargling, and sometimes a soda solution. But the best remedy for a sore throat is linden tea.

Linden tea is very good, but it is also necessary to rinse out germs.

What kind of physical treatment did you receive then? Very relevant!

I just caught a cold the other day and tried rinsing with Miramistin for the first time, but the most effective solution for me remains a highly salty solution - I use it both for rinsing and rinsing my nose. It helps a lot!

Treatment with quartz, it seems. I warmed my throat through a tube.

I also like to use salt water for treatment, especially to rinse my nose.

Treating the throat with soda and salt has become traditional in our family. It helps a lot especially with the first symptoms of a cold - the main thing is not to make the disease worse, then you can do without pills. I also remember from my childhood how my throat was lubricated (if memory serves) with aviation gasoline. One procedure was enough.

I also remember, I even remember going to the store and looking for where they sold this kind of gasoline. Fortunately for me, it turned out to be closed and I was not able to carry out such a procedure. 🙂

I prefer to gargle with herbal infusions. When I rinse with diluted alcohol tinctures, my voice disappears.

When I have a cold, I gargle with warm kombucha, the main thing is not to overdo it with acid. I haven’t drunk mushroom for a long time, but use it instead of vinegar in the kitchen.

Yes, mushroom is also a good gargle.

A very useful article for me! My youngest daughter just has a problem with her throat. Almost every cold is accompanied by a red throat and a severe cough. Thank you!

It's winter now and these tips are just relevant. After all, at this time it’s easy to catch a sore throat. But not everyone knows how to get rid of it quickly, and even using natural means. Thank you, very effective recommendations.

I also try to treat a sore throat with “grandmother’s” remedies. I was surprised by your recipe for using Coca-Cola for these purposes. Although where they don’t use it anymore, I’ve heard that it’s good for cleaning dishes. The main thing is that it is not used for its intended purpose, as a drink :)

Thank you, Olya. On the recommendation of a therapist friend, I gargle with a saline solution; she does not recommend adding soda, since it can cause dryness.

Everyone criticizes Coca-Cola, but it turns out to be such a help! You just need to use it correctly, for medical purposes. Well, actually this is news to me. I have never heard of this drink being used in this way.

There are so many means - familiar and new to me. Very useful to know and I will save this article. Otherwise, a cold always comes unexpectedly and you don’t know what to do. Autumn. I made a lot of apple cider vinegar, but it became so strong that I couldn’t drink it. I rinse my hair with it after washing. Now I’ll know that you can gargle with it too. Thank you!

Gargling: pharmacy and folk remedies

Gargling is usually prescribed as an additional therapeutic measure for sore throat, tonsillitis and other diseases accompanied by inflammation of the throat.

A sore throat indicates that there are bacteria in it that need to be removed. One of the ways to get rid of their harmful influence is gargling, which accompanies any treatment for sore throat, tonsillitis, and colds.

Why do you need to gargle?

Gargling a sore throat is generally not a very pleasant procedure. However, it gives a fantastic effect.

  • It washes away purulent deposits, which are a breeding ground for bacteria and a source of inflammation.
  • Creates an environment in the throat that is not suitable for infection carriers.
  • Moisturizes the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, softens it, and relieves inflammation.
  • Reduces pain and promotes healing of damaged areas of the mucosa.
  • Gargling with a sore throat helps remove purulent plugs and removes cheesy deposits on the tonsils.

How to gargle correctly?

For the procedure to have an effect, it must be performed correctly.

  • Having filled your mouth with water, tilt your head back and, on the contrary, extend your tongue - this way the solution will get deeper and you can treat not only the oral cavity, but also the throat itself.
  • To rinse the area around the tonsils, start making the sound “Y” - this position of the vocal apparatus will allow the solution to remove all plaque.
  • Rinse should last at least seconds .
  • While rinsing, you need to hold your breath or breathe carefully through your nose - otherwise you may choke.
  • Make sure that the solution is warm - gargling with a hot solution will only lead to throat burns and new pain.

Pharmacology

The most common remedies are pharmaceutical solutions: chlorophyllipt, iodinol, lugol . They have virtually no contraindications (the only exceptions are individual intolerance and allergies to components), and act slowly but reliably. Seven solutions should not be used in pure form, but diluted - usually the norm is 1-2 tablespoons per glass of water.

Furacilin tablets are one of the cheapest and most effective remedies. Furacilin disinfects and relieves inflammation. The tablets should be crushed and dissolved in warm water at the rate of 4-6 tablets per glass. Ampoules of dioxidine or octenisept can also disinfect and relieve inflammation.

Gargling with probiotics is recommended if the disease is caused by pathogenic microorganisms. Probiotics are especially effective for sinusitis, progressive sore throat, and sinusitis. For those who have contraindications for the use of antibiotics, it is better not to use them.

Folk remedies for gargling

Colds, tonsillitis and sore throats are often treated at home. At home, it is easiest to organize frequent, regular gargling. Home remedies can also be effective. The following methods are commonly used:

1. Rinse with a solution of sea salt, soda and iodine . A glass of warm water requires 5-7 drops of iodine, a teaspoon of soda and sea salt. The method is one of the most common and accessible, and at the same time very effective. It is not recommended only if you are allergic to iodine or have thyroid diseases.

2. A solution of potassium permanganate is an excellent means of disinfecting the pharynx and oral cavity, thereby removing the habitat of bacteria. But at the same time, the solution does not fight the bacteria themselves and does not provide a noticeable healing effect, so it is best to combine it with herbal rinses. A solution of potassium permanganate should be used only when all the grains of the substance have dissolved - otherwise undiluted potassium permanganate will burn your throat. If there are problems with dry mucous membranes, then the method is contraindicated - potassium permanganate only dries it out even more.

3. Gargling with herbs is an effective method with virtually no contraindications. Herbs soften the throat and restore the mucous membrane. Recommends using a mixture of sage, chamomile, calendula, mallow and elderberry. Mixtures can be varied. Clean rinses with chamomile and sage are also helpful. A tablespoon of herbs is poured into ml of boiling water, infused and then used for rinsing.

4. An infusion of garlic (2 cloves per 250 ml of boiling water) helps kill the infection and gives a vitamin boost to a sore throat. True, it can only be used at the final stages of treatment, if the throat is still very inflamed, garlic will further irritate it.

5. Apple cider vinegar solution is one of the simplest and most effective remedies; it has no contraindications. For a glass of warm water you need 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

6. A solution of beet juice (4 tablespoons of juice per 1 glass of boiling water) will help in the active stage of the disease. This remedy will relieve swelling, reduce the area of inflammation, and soothe pain. You can also add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the solution.

7. Tea rinse is very affordable, because tea is available in any home. Strongly brewed green tea is best. Dissolve a teaspoon of salt in a glass of drink, stir, wait until it cools. Continue rinsing 5-6 times a day.

Gargling is not the only panacea for sore throat and tonsillitis; you should also take into account the doctor’s recommendations on the regimen and drug treatment. But nevertheless, rinsing makes life much easier: it relieves swelling, reduces inflammation, and your throat stops hurting faster.

For eye diseases, you need to limit the consumption of starchy foods and sweets, such as white bread, refined cereals, tomatoes, puddings, jams, and candies. Avoid meat, fatty and salty foods, strong tea and coffee, seasonings and sauces.

To prepare an effective rinse, you need to take 200 ml of clean water and add 30 ml of hydrogen peroxide to it.
