In case of convulsive syndrome, intravenous administration of barbiturates and diazepam is indicated. If necessary, hemodialysis and forced diuresis are performed.

special instructions

In low doses, ASA reduces the excretion of uric acid from the body, which is why there is a risk of a gout attack.

ASA has antiplatelet properties, therefore, during an upcoming surgical intervention, it is necessary to warn the attending physician about taking the drug.

With hay fever and bronchial asthma, the likelihood of developing hypersensitivity reactions is increased.

Ascorbic acid can aggravate the course of rapidly proliferating and intensively metastasizing tumors.

Antigrippin-ANVI contains sodium metamizole, so its simultaneous use with penicillin, colloidal blood substitutes and radiocontrast agents is contraindicated.

The ascorbic acid contained in the drug may distort the results of some laboratory tests, for example, to determine the activity of liver transaminases, the content of bilirubin, glucose and lactate dehydrogenase in the blood plasma.

Antigrippin-ANVI is not recommended to be taken during therapy with ticlopidine, anticoagulants, glucocorticosteroids, antihypertensive and uricosuric drugs.

During treatment, you should refrain from drinking alcohol, since ethanol increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Ascorbic acid stimulates the synthesis of corticosteroid hormones, so monitoring of kidney function and blood pressure is required.

With prolonged treatment, it is necessary to monitor laboratory indicators of the functional state of the liver and the picture of peripheral blood.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and complex mechanisms

Patients taking Antigrippin-ANVI should refrain from potentially dangerous activities that require quick reactions and increased attention.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Antigrippin-ANVI is not prescribed during pregnancy, since ASA has a teratogenic effect: when used in the first trimester, it can cause cleft palate, in the third trimester - premature closure of the ductus arteriosus in the fetus, as a result of which the development of pulmonary vascular hyperplasia and hypertension in the small vessels is possible. circulation, as well as inhibition of labor. In the second trimester, the drug can be used only as prescribed by a doctor if the expected benefits outweigh the potential risks.

ASA passes into breast milk, which can cause platelet dysfunction and, as a result, bleeding in the baby. For this reason, if therapy is necessary during lactation, breastfeeding should be temporarily stopped.

Use in childhood

According to the instructions, Antigrippin-ANVI is contraindicated in patients under 15 years of age. When ASA is used as an antipyretic for acute respiratory viral diseases in children under 15 years of age, there is a high risk of developing Reye's syndrome, manifested by encephalopathy and acute fatty liver degeneration with acute development of liver failure.

For impaired renal function

The use of the drug is contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment.

For liver dysfunction

The use of the drug is contraindicated in patients with severe liver dysfunction and portal hypertension.

Drug interactions

In case of simultaneous use of Antigrippin-ANVI:

  • enhances the effect of steroid hormones, indirect anticoagulants, hypoglycemic agents, reserpine, heparin;
  • reduces the effect of uricosuric drugs, antihypertensive drugs, furosemide, spironolactone;
  • enhances the side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, non-narcotic analgesics, sulfonylurea derivatives, glucocorticosteroids, methotrexate.

With the combined use of ethanol or ethanol-containing drugs, antiepileptic drugs, barbiturates, rifampicin, zidovudine, the risk of developing hepatotoxicity increases, and therefore these combinations should be avoided.

Metamizole sodium enhances the effects of ethanol and reduces the level of cyclosporine in the blood. Its analgesic effect is enhanced by tranquilizers and sedatives. Allopurinol, oral contraceptives and tricyclic antidepressants disrupt its metabolism and increase toxicity.

Melphalan and thiamazole in combination with metamizole sodium increase the risk of developing leukopenia.

Ascorbic acid improves the absorption of iron in the intestines.

Analogs

Analogues of Antigrippin-ANVI are Antigrippin, Antigrippin pharmaceutical, Antigrippin-Maximum, FluZiOZ-F.

Terms and conditions of storage

Store for no more than 2 years out of reach of children, in a dry place, protected from light, at temperatures up to 25 °C.

Conditions for dispensing from pharmacies

With simultaneous use, Antigrippin-ANVI enhances the effect of heparin, indirect anticoagulants, reserpine, steroid hormones and hypoglycemic agents.

With simultaneous use, Antigrippin-ANVI reduces the effectiveness of spironolactone, furosemide, antihypertensive and uricosuric drugs.

Antigrippin-ANVI increases the adverse reactions of GCS, sulfonylurea derivatives, methotrexate, non-narcotic analgesics and NSAIDs.

When using the drug Antigrippin-ANVI simultaneously with barbiturates, antiepileptic drugs, zidovudine, rifampicin and alcohol-containing drugs, the risk of hepatotoxicity increases. These combinations should be avoided.

Ascorbic acid improves the absorption of iron preparations in the intestines.

Tricyclic antidepressants, oral contraceptives and allopurinol disrupt the metabolism of metamizole in the liver and increase its toxicity.

Metamizole sodium enhances the effects of alcohol-containing drinks.

The simultaneous use of metamizole sodium with cyclosporine reduces the level of the latter in the blood plasma.

When used simultaneously with metamizole sodium, thiamazole and melphalan increase the risk of developing leukopenia.

Sedatives and tranquilizers enhance the analgesic effect of metamizole sodium.

Radiocontrast agents, colloidal blood substitutes and penicillin should not be used while using metamizole sodium.

With prolonged use of the drug, it is necessary to monitor the peripheral blood picture and laboratory indicators of the functional state of the liver.

Since acetylsalicylic acid has an antiplatelet effect, the patient, if he is undergoing surgery, must notify the doctor in advance about taking the drug.

Acetylsalicylic acid in low doses reduces the excretion of uric acid, which can in some cases provoke a gout attack.

While using the drug, patients should avoid drinking alcoholic beverages due to the increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Due to the stimulating effect of ascorbic acid on the synthesis of corticosteroid hormones, it is necessary to monitor renal function and blood pressure.

Prescribing ascorbic acid to patients with rapidly proliferating and intensively metastasizing tumors can aggravate the process.

Ascorbic acid, as a reducing agent, can distort the results of various laboratory tests (determination of glucose, bilirubin, liver transaminase activity, LDH in blood plasma).

In patients with bronchial asthma and hay fever, hypersensitivity reactions may develop when taking the drug.

Use in pediatrics

The drug is not prescribed as an antipyretic to children under 15 years of age with acute respiratory viral diseases due to the risk of developing Reye's syndrome (encephalopathy and acute fatty liver with acute development of liver failure).

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery

During the period of use of the drug, you should refrain from engaging in potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy. Acetylsalicylic acid has a teratogenic effect: when used in the first trimester of pregnancy, it leads to the development of cleft palate; in the third trimester - to premature closure of the ductus arteriosus in the fetus, which causes hyperplasia of the pulmonary vessels and hypertension in the vessels of the pulmonary circulation, and to inhibition of labor (due to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis).

Acetylsalicylic acid is excreted in breast milk, which increases the risk of bleeding in the baby due to impaired platelet function. If it is necessary to prescribe during lactation, breastfeeding should be stopped for the period of use of the drug.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment, nephrolithiasis (calcium).

with caution for urate nephrolithiasis.

Contraindicated in severe liver dysfunction and portal hypertension.

The drug should be stored out of the reach of children, in a dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Shelf life – 2 years.

Unfortunately it didn't suit me

During the epidemic season of ARVI and influenza, first my child got sick, I caught the virus from him, and then we infected our dad. By that time, I was no longer breastfeeding, so I decided to undergo treatment with aspirin-containing medications, fortunately they cope with cold symptoms quickly. I sent my husband to the pharmacy, where they sold him this drug. At home, I scolded him for being too expensive, when I could buy it much cheaper with the same composition. The drug is a capsule of white and green colors. They should be taken after meals. But the fact is that due to intoxication, I had absolutely no appetite and had to take the capsules on an empty stomach. Probably for this reason I felt nauseated, and by nightfall I started vomiting. My husband had no such symptoms. Perhaps it was an individual reaction. I didn’t take any more risks and stopped taking it. But the drug helped my husband. Therefore, I don’t even know whether to recommend Antigrippin-Anvi or not.

We overpay and are deceived

I bought it in November, just when the cold season started. Cost about 200 rubles for 20 capsules. The whole family drank, including my 16-year-old son. By the way, the drug can only be taken from 15 years of age. The capsules are multi-colored, green and white. Take one of each type at a time after meals; you need to take it twice a day in total. In fact, it doesn’t work out economically - a package is enough for 5 days, and although the course of treatment is just 5-7 days, if the whole family drinks it, it’s expensive. It’s not an antibiotic, not something powerful, just aspirin with vitamin C, and we bought into the delight of friends. Yes, there seems to be something in capsule B that is supposed to boost immunity, but in reality we didn’t see any effect. I started drinking from the first symptoms of ARVI, and the effect was the simplest - the drug lowered the temperature, and that’s all. I was still sick for a week with all the consequences, I also got otitis (I have such a tendency), that is, except for the antipyretic properties, nothing has changed, I didn’t even get better faster. My son and husband were already sick when they started drinking (it was the third day), so I couldn’t even really lower their temperature.

Not the best

My husband often gets colds. We bought a lot of different medications, recently only in tablets or capsules. And literally, yesterday I bought Antigrippin. Very expensive. I would buy regular paracetamol for the whole village. But okay, it’s already accepted in our country that if it’s very expensive, it’s very effective and fast. But there was no particular effect after taking 2 tablets. As he sneezed, he continued. We took 2 more tablets - again nothing. And so on for 4 days. Neither I nor my husband noticed any effect. I don’t know why this is, maybe his body is such that it’s better to put the powder in water and take it, since our cheapest drug Negrinpin relieved lacrimation after taking the first sachet. But I gave the remaining tablets to my mother-in-law, she also did not feel the effect. I read the instructions, there is no paracetamol, but a bunch of other substances. And not very understandable. Perhaps this is why there is no effect, that all these substances are powerless without paracetamol. I will never buy again, as I am very disappointed by both the very low price and the lack of visible effect.

I didn't see anything special

I caught a cold and started self-medicating. Antigrippin-ANVI was recommended by a pharmacist at a pharmacy. It is available without a doctor's prescription, but it would be better if I first read the ingredients and then decided whether to buy it or not. Already at home I discovered that the drug contains the usual acetylsalicylic acid and ascorbic acid. It’s not so offensive that I bought at an inflated price the same thing that is available at home in separate form in ordinary tablets, acetyl and ascorbic acid, but the fact that the pharmacist didn’t even explain the composition, didn’t say that I was taking the same thing, only expensive. In principle, I was always treated with paracetamol and acetyl, but then I thought, maybe there’s a new medicine and I’ll recover faster. One good thing is that it’s in capsules. I feel the effect from them faster than from regular tablets.

Helps, but not always

Our family often catches colds, especially with the onset of cold weather. And the flu is not a rare visitor to us. There are a lot of antiviral drugs in the home medicine cabinet, including Antigrippin Anvi. I can’t say anything bad about him, but I won’t admire him either. Yes, in the very early stages it really alleviates the condition and contributes to a more gentle and fleeting course of the disease, however, if the case is advanced, then the drug is practically useless here. And its price is quite decent.

Eliminates flu symptoms quickly

Flu and ARVI have become winter companions for schoolchildren and adults. Some old-school doctors advise taking home remedies, honey and tea, onions and garlic, but do they really help as quickly and effectively as antibiotics? After I heard that people’s temperature rises above 38 and 39 degrees, and they don’t go to the hospital and are treated at home, and then die, I realized that I need to immediately go to the doctor and take everything he prescribes. Antigrippin helped me within 4 days, but with standard old-fashioned methods I would have suffered for a week or more. I recommend it to all thinking adults.

But the temperature still drops a little

Now the number of different drugs is simply off the charts. Recently my wife got sick. Some lady in line at the store sneezed on her and the next evening this sneeze made itself felt. Fever, chills, dry throat, in short the bouquet was complete. We don’t keep enough pills at home, so we turned to our neighbor. She suggested this same Antigripin. We must pay tribute, the temperature from 39.8 dropped exactly one degree, she took the pills for three days, then stopped. There were no further improvements. and then began the usual treatment. That is, using home, proven remedies. Tea with lemon and pine cone jam, just aspirin and by the end of the week everything was gone. I don’t know what helped more, but I am inclined to believe that traditional medicine provided more help.
