Tartar
Dentists-periodontists most often encounter brown deposits on teeth - this is tartar, which gives our teeth a yellow tint, and at the border of the tooth with the gum it appears as a brown border. In addition to external manifestations, this plaque is also the basis for the development of caries, and if it lies in the subgingival area, it becomes the cause of bleeding from the gums and their inflammation

In Rus', beans have always been loved, and bean dishes have always been one of the most popular dishes on the table during Lent. But few people know that beans are an excellent medicine. Ivan tea (fireweed) in traditional medicine recipes
Phytotherapy. Medicinal herbs
In former times in Russia, angustifolia fireweed was one of the most popular medicinal plants. Since fireweed is also an excellent honey plant, and fireweed honey is one of the healing ones, both herbal healers and apitherapists who treated the sick with the help of bees and bee products turned their attention to it.

The eyes, like other organs, can be susceptible to various diseases. There are only five most typical complaints that ophthalmologists have to deal with.
ANGINA: Symptoms and treatment

Emphysema
Emphysema (from the Greek - bloating, expansion) is a disease characterized by expansion of the pulmonary vesicles - alveoli, as a result of which the air content in the lungs becomes excessive, which interferes with their normal ventilation.

Folk remedies, recipes, treatment methods.
These pages contain folk recipes and remedies, methods of treating common diseases accumulated by people over the centuries, collected by famous people thanks to their experience. One of them, folk healer Maznev Nikolai Ivanovich. He was seriously ill for a long time, and doctors more than once diagnosed him as incurable. He did not put up with it, began to look for and try various healing methods and ultimately recovered and is now treating others.
Below are links to recipes and traditional medicine, grouped according to their purpose; if the use of any of these remedies does not give the desired result, you need (as traditional healers write) to try something else. Since some pages will not contain complete information, at the end there will be a link to the corresponding section of the book in the library with more complete content.
At the very end of the page, there are links to folk remedies from Vanga and A. Sementsov.

Traditional medicine - affordable remedies for all diseases
This rich heritage, which we inherited from our ancestors and helps us fight even very serious diseases, is now worth its weight in gold. The conversation, of course, is about traditional medicine. Today it can be compared to a wonderful gift, freely and generously presented to us by nature itself. Not every person believes in the power of medicinal plants and herbs, but the hidden healing properties that they possess are truly inexhaustible.
Treatment with the gifts of nature has its roots in the distant past. Our ancestors also successfully treated all sorts of diseases with the necessary herbs, from the common cold to cancer. The ancient Greeks, Chinese, and Egyptians mastered this most valuable science about 5,000 years ago, and to this day we continue to reap these useful fruits of enlightenment.
The path along which medicine developed was long and thorny, but today, thanks to the painstaking work of many ancient and medieval healers, contemporaries know that plants and medicinal preparations from them are most preferable for the treatment of most diseases compared to synthetic medicines. This is explained by the origin of drugs being related to living cells, which allows their structure to penetrate human organs without causing conflict in the body. That is why there are practically no side effects when treated with traditional medicine.
During the off-season, when colds and flu cover entire cities in a tight ring, treatment can be complex and lengthy. Adherents of traditional medicine know many ways to cope with such ailments as nasal congestion, cough, and fever. Thus, it is known that wormwood has special healing qualities. Tea with wormwood, despite all its bitterness, is literally a storehouse of health. It perfectly reduces fever, helps fight viruses very well and has a choleretic and diuretic effect. To prepare it, you need to pour 2 cups of boiling water into 1 teaspoon of bitter wormwood - and the healing drink is ready!
By the way, wormwood together with mint, sewn into a linen bag, are simply wonderful as night inhalations. In order to forget about neuroses, headaches and restless sleep, just put a bag of herbs next to your pillow while you sleep at night.
Rose hips are also good for colds and flu. Crushed dry berries are poured with boiling water and infused. It is recommended to drink the infusion with raspberry jam and honey. Rosehip restores the reserves of an organism weakened by illness.
When a person just feels the first signs of a cold: chills and body aches, traditional medicine advises rubbing the soles of the feet and palms of the hands with garlic at night, putting on woolen socks and keeping your hands under a warm blanket. This will allow you to quickly get rid of the ailment.
Fortunately, traditional medicine is widely available today, and everyone can afford to be treated with the gifts of nature. By choosing plants, herbs and medications based on them, a person deprives his body of severe side effects and improves immunity.

It is unlikely that anyone will be able to say how many millennia ago traditional medicine appeared. Probably, our ancient ancestors gradually began to understand that nature has many means to treat diseases.
Through experience, they found the necessary herbs and minerals, experienced their healing properties and began to use them to improve their health. This information has come to us thanks to the cave paintings of cave dwellers of the Middle Ages, which testified to the beneficial properties of medicinal plants.
Traditional medicine recipes - instead of pills?
Healers and healers of ancient Rus', Greece, Japan, China, and the Roman Empire studied natural resources, collected useful herbs, minerals, and used them to heal sick people, describing the details in their books that have survived from generation to generation to this day.
However, science is moving forward: at the end of the 19th century, many countries around the world began to produce chemical medicines instead of folk remedies. Gradually, traditional medicine began to be supplanted; it is now called non-traditional or alternative.
At the same time, many people prefer to be treated with environmentally friendly and healing remedies that Mother Nature has given us. There is a lot of information about the powerlessness of traditional medicine in the treatment of severe chronic diseases, including malignant tumors. Traditional medicine comes to the aid of such suffering patients.
There are many such cases. Take, for example, the story of the treatment of the disgraced writer Solzhenitsyn with mushroom tinctures, who lived another 40 years after treatment for a serious cancer disease. This is written in detail on my website in this article.
Or the Shevchenko method, which effectively cures cancer with a mixture of vodka and butter. The drug ASD has gained wide popularity in the treatment of oncology.
American doctor Joanna Budwig presented to the world her original Budwig Protocol, which helps cancer and other seriously ill patients. The doctor's recipe is simple - a mixture of cottage cheese and linseed oil is used. Unfortunately, this technique was refuted by attacks from pharmaceutical and food industry companies for obvious reasons.
Dr. Budwig proved to the whole world that the folk recipe she developed during the scientist’s lifetime helped patients with heart attack, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, atherosclerosis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes mellitus, peptic ulcer, cancer and other patients. You can read all the details on this page of my second website.
Heated table salt in a bag, bee honey, garlic or milk, as well as fresh leaves of stinging (dioecious) nettle and many other folk remedies successfully used to treat many diseases. In an era of widely available pills with many side effects (touted as ideal for all ailments), traditional medicine is experiencing a renaissance.
Application of traditional medicine
Previously, medicines were not as widely available as they are now. Our ancestors used the gifts of nature. They used fruits, vegetables, and other folk remedies at hand. The question arises: “Can they replace traditional medicines?
Traditional medicine in ancient times was mainly based on symptomatic treatment. The exact structure of the human body was not known. It was often believed that black damage could be the cause of many diseases. For example, witches and evil spirits could cause damage to hair loss.
Therefore, during illness, one of the main activities for healing was time spent in prayer. For some, this was even more important than the use of any medicine.
Vegetables for health and beauty
We all know that a person should eat fruits and vegetables every day because they contain many vitamins, improve metabolism, improve immunity and much more. But it turns out that they can be used in other ways than just to eat. Thanks to special training, they can work miracles and free us from some ailments. Here are some examples.
Onion
- Helps treat vitamin deficiency. To do this, you need to take a small amount of onion wine daily. It is prepared from thin slices of onion, liquid honey, and white wine. After mixing the ingredients, wait two days and strain through a sieve.
- Stomach problems caused by drinking alcohol are reduced by eating cooked onions.
- To prevent mosquitoes from bothering you, place a few cut onions next to your bed.
- To improve hair growth, lubricate your scalp with onion juice for several days in a row.
Use of other vegetables
1.Chopped parsley is used to treat insect bites and shallow wounds, as well as sore nipples during breastfeeding.
- Leek. Helps with cystitis: apply a compress of a mixture of onions and vegetable oil to the lower abdomen. A leek decoction is good for relieving hangovers that occur the day after a party. In addition, the fresh cut end of the plant is used to wipe insect bites.
- Salad. Used for pneumonia (decoction of lettuce leaves), insomnia (take 1-2 tablespoons of lettuce juice before bed).
- Potato. Potato wraps are made for areas affected by lichen, rash, and psoriasis. Itchy skin can be soothed by baths with potato starch for about 30 minutes.
Fruits are ideal folk remedies
Our ancestors also used fruits in medicine. How to treat with fruits?
For nosebleeds, moisten a swab with lemon juice and place gently in the nostrils for a few minutes.
If your skin is frostbitten, you should rub lemon juice.
Bladder dysfunction (cystitis) – consume cherry compote, jam or syrup.
Cleaning teeth - one apple should be eaten in the evening before bed to destroy accumulated bacteria.
Cough – take an infusion of apple flowers.
Medicinal herbs - use in folk medicine
Nowadays, the cosmetic and food industries use herbs on a massive scale to produce nutritional supplements and hair shampoos. Herbs also had other uses in the past - they were medicines that we could still use today. Here are some examples:
- White birch - decoctions and infusions of leaves are useful for various tumors.
- St. John's wort was used to smear bleeding gums. The flowers of this plant were used to treat wounds. St. John's wort is effective in cases of insomnia and irritability.
- Juniper - its berries are taken for rheumatism, respiratory diseases, and bad breath.
- Baked chestnut fruits were a cure for diarrhea (diarrhea), as well as bloating, intestinal and stomach colic.
- Lemon balm leaf powder is given to pregnant women for nausea, as well as to nursing mothers who have problems with breastfeeding.
- Calamus marsh - treats stomach ulcers, urolithiasis, hair loss, respiratory system, etc.
- Marshmallow officinalis - used mainly for diseases of the respiratory system.
- Silver birch - removes kidney stones, warts on the skin, treats urethritis, allergies and other ailments.
- Elecampane - heals cough, pulmonary tuberculosis, dropsy, bronchial asthma, diabetes, colds, flu, etc.
- Calendula officinalis - used to treat hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, herpes, skin and other diseases.
- Fireweed (Ivan-tea) is considered a masculine herb because it treats prostatitis and prostate adenoma, although it is also used for other diseases.

Well, there are doubts about milk with propolis; it seems to me that milk neutralizes propolis.
Traditional medicine has proven more than once that it can control even those diseases that cannot be treated by our official medicine and when doctors cannot explain the phenomenon of a person’s recovery. But there are many such facts.
I have also been following traditional medicine for a long time, collecting recipes; I myself was cured of a very serious illness with herbs and medicine. So I believe in herbs, but you need to use them sensibly, without fanaticism.

Thanks for the site, a lot of useful information, I'm looking for an answer to my question, but I still haven't found the answer. How to brew herbs correctly? Many people advise brewing in a thermos, but recently at an online seminar they said that the herb should not be brewed in a thermos, but only wrapped in a glass or ceramic container for no more than 1 hour, then strain the solution and only then pour into a thermos and drink warm. But I often come across recommendations to make an infusion in a thermos.
I would still like to know the rationale for how to do it right. I'll be grateful for
Hello Emilia! I live in Moldova, where winemaking and viticulture are developed. Wine is stored here in different ways: some in simple wooden or plastic barrels, some in glass bottles, and the coolest ones - in oak barrels. Of course, the most delicious wine is when stored in an oak barrel. Although they also drink from other containers. Regarding your question: it is best, of course, to brew in a ceramic one! dishes, then pour into a thermos. This is the best option. I found some interesting information on the internet about the causes of bloating and am sharing it with everyone.
From an interview with Moscow’s chief parasitologist Sergei Vladimirovich Rykov:
“Just a couple of years ago, the medical community believed that flatulence and bloating were caused by poor nutrition. However, recent research has proven that another important cause is parasite infection. Scientists also reported that such a seemingly “ordinary symptom” cannot be ignored. Infection with parasites leads to the occurrence of almost all serious diseases in humans...”
In my opinion, an interesting article and interview.

Hello dear author of the site!
This is my first time on your site. I am interested in non-traditional and traditional methods of treating cysts and kidney stones, as well as thyroid nodules. On one kidney the cyst is already 4 cm, on the other it has just appeared. Stone 0.5 cm. I can’t get my bearings. You have a lot of information. Can you advise where to look?
Thank you, Tamara, for being interested in the information on my website. I have quite a lot of articles on the treatment of kidney stones, cysts and thyroid nodules. In order not to clutter the page, I decided to send all the information to your email. When you receive the letter, please let me know.
This is my first time on your site, but I was immediately pleased by the consonance with my own thoughts. Herbs really can cure everything, otherwise humanity would not have lived to see the 20th century, when synthetic drugs were invented. Thank you!

This is part of alternative medicine and includes knowledge about diseases, methods and treatments. Knowledge is passed on from generation to generation.
The largest section is herbal medicine. Herbal medicine uses medicinal plants and preparations based on them for the treatment and prevention of diseases.
Example: You have a cold and drink cranberry juice to boost your immunity.
Traditional
In the territory of the former USSR, official medicine is called traditional. In the rest of the world, this term refers to the medical knowledge accumulated by the people of a particular country.
Traditional medicine is practical experience in treating diseases that is passed down from generation to generation.
Example: You have back pain and are undergoing acupuncture. Acupuncture is a treatment method of Chinese medicine.
Alternative
Alternative treatments differ from conventional medicine. They have no scientific evidence.
Alternative medicine includes a large number of sections: homeopathy, naturopathy, hirudotherapy, aromatherapy, manual therapy, Ayurveda and others.
Example: To lower blood pressure you are undergoing treatment with leeches.
Conventional
Conventional is official medicine. Her methods are used in healthcare institutions. The effectiveness of treatment methods has been scientifically proven.
Example: When treating gastritis, you use drugs—gastroprotectors—that your doctor prescribed to you.
Complementary
Complementary medicine includes traditional and alternative treatments, but only those whose effectiveness has been researched and proven practically.
This is the main difference between complementary medicine and alternative medicine. The latter includes absolutely all methods that are not included in the concept of official medicine.
Example: You use homeopathic medicines to treat a headache.

Treatment without pills: traditional medicine
The terms “traditional medicine” and “folk recipes” are associated with the division of medicine in the early 19th century into medicinal and natural. Medicinal medicine treats with synthetic and chemical drugs, natural medicine uses herbs, poisons, plant juices, insects, and natural antibiotics. Later, treatment with synthetic drugs was popularized and called “traditional”, while treatment with folk remedies, which had experience of thousands of years, was considered ineffective and questionable. Traditional medicine recipes and the activities of healers were called “witchcraft”, “healing” and were equated to deception and quackery.
A large role in the humiliation of natural remedies was played by the presence of many pseudo-healers who were engaged in dubious healing for the purpose of easy money. The number of charlatans is still large today. However, besides them, there are real traditional healers who treat diseases using natural remedies. Let's consider what methods traditional medicine treats and what diseases can be dealt with without traditional drug intervention.
Impact of traditional medicine
Treatment of a person in folk medicine is considered as a complex event. This means that it is necessary to treat the body as a whole, without dividing it into separate organs and systems. For example, with a diseased liver, it is necessary to cleanse the intestines and bile ducts, restore liver cells, remove parasites, and adjust eating habits and psychological state. In the medicine of any people, a person is considered as a spiritual-physical unity, therefore healing the body is impossible (or possible, but short-lived) without healing the spirit.
Traditional medicinal recipes differ in their methods of influence; they can be classified:
- Herbal medicine;
- Hydrotherapy;
- Clay treatment;
- Hirudotherapy (treatment with leeches);
- Apitherapy (treatment with bee venom and their products);
- Acupuncture effects;
- Manual therapy;
- Information influence (conspiracies, whisperings, prayers).
Treatment with traditional medicine recipes uses only natural natural remedies - herbs, natural substances, minerals, water, massage and bioenergetic effects.
How do traditional medicine methods work?
Treatment with herbs, poisons, water or clay is aimed at restoring the functioning of human organs. Often the cause of physical illness is slagging of organs and a negative mental state. Therefore, treatment of various diseases begins with general cleansing of the body (digestion, vascular and excretory systems) and providing cells with adequate nutrition (vitamins, microelements). After general cleaning, treatment of individual organs begins.
Cleansing the body consists of removing toxins and toxic deposits that have formed over the years of civilized life and refined nutrition. During cleansing, antiparasitic therapy is carried out, which removes hidden and obvious helminthic infestations from the body.
The processes of removing toxins can begin spontaneously if there are sufficient energy forces in the human body. Therefore, a number of traditional medicine methods use information and energy influence on the biofield of a sick person in order to raise his energy and enable the body to independently cope with the disease.
Thus, various methods of traditional medicine are based on three types of effects:
Traditional medicine: treatment with folk remedies
Among traditional medicine there are methods that are used by many people. For example, herbal teas, freshly squeezed juices or healing honey. But there are also little-known means of combating diseases: treatment with leeches, clay or slander on water (informational influence). Let's consider the features of using various natural preparations.
Herbal medicine
Many folk recipes for diseases are based on brewing, infusing or grinding dried herbs into powder for further use. Decoctions and infusions can be consumed internally (through the digestive tract or through the anus) or externally (in the form of baths or compresses). Powders of medicinal plants have an advantage over decoctions - they do not undergo heat treatment and retain the full complex of vitamins.
Medicinal plants are classified into groups according to the substances they contain and their effects:
- laxatives (to cleanse the intestines): flax seed, celery;
- choleretic (to cleanse the liver): milk thistle, burdock and dandelion root, corn silk;
- expectorants (to enhance the coughing up of mucus from the lungs): flax seed, licorice, eucalyptus;
- antiviral: onion, garlic, ginger;
- anti-inflammatory: aloe, cinnamon, basil;
- vitamin: nettle, rose hips, dandelion;
- antiparasitic: wormwood, pumpkin seed;
- poisonous (for external use): celandine, wild rosemary, comfrey;
- cardiac: hawthorn, valerian;
- stimulating immunity: ginseng, echinacea.
The list of medicinal groups is not limited to those indicated above. Traditional medical recipes can select a medicinal plant for each existing disease.
Apitherapy and honey therapy
Apitherapy is a treatment using bee stings. A bee sting is an analogue of acupuncture massage, a targeted effect on active points of the human body. The success of treatment depends on the accuracy of finding the point associated with the disease. Therefore, apitherapy has an advantage over conventional acupuncture: bees find a biologically active point on the skin with micron precision and sting a person.
In addition to the pricking effect, bee venom, which is a natural medicinal substance, enters the body along with the sting. It tones the entire body, cleanses blood vessels, thins the blood, normalizes blood pressure, restores organ cells, and improves immunity. Treatment with bee venom brings relief from rheumatism, osteochondrosis, arthrosis, thrombophlebitis and varicose veins, strokes, and heart attacks.
In addition to bee venom, people use other bee products for treatment: honey (a source of natural sugars and vitamins, microelements), propolis (a natural antibiotic), pollen (a complex of microelements), royal jelly (a complex of biologically active substances).
Other traditional medicine methods
Clay therapy or the use of clay for healing is applied externally (as compresses) or internally. Clay compresses draw toxins through the pores of the skin and block inflammation. Clay is a coagulator; it collects environmental poisons and pathogenic bacteria for removal from the body.
Hirudotherapy is a treatment with leeches, similar to treatment with bee stings. Leeches also find trouble spots on the skin, places where stagnant blood accumulates, and suck out thick, unhealthy fluid from the human body.
Hydrotherapy uses water at different temperatures to have a healing effect on the human body. Alternating warm and cold water increases blood flow and triggers the elimination of toxins in the body. Cold compresses and wraps are also used to reduce inflammation and fever.
Information influence or conspiracies, whisperings on water are based on the memory of water. The memory of water was first recorded by the Japanese scientist Emoto Masaru. Certain sounds form sound waves and affect the structure of liquid molecules. This is how water acquires properties to heal chronic diseases.
Traditional medicine effectively helps in the treatment and recovery of a person. Traditional medicine is the future of modern medicine.
