I went to the clinic to see an ENT specialist on March 12, 2018. I paid 1,350 rubles for visiting the most natural Soviet clinic, and not “new medical technologies.” She complained of slight ear congestion (but not complete ear congestion), and assumed it was a small plug of wax. As a result of washing my ear twice, the doctor picked the ear canal with hooks until it bled, I began to feel severe dizziness, and my ear stopped hearing at all. As a result, I had to go to another clinic, because I was not sure that everything was fine with my ear, and that blood and congestion were normal. Then I learned that it was undesirable to rinse the ear during otitis, and there are drops to dissolve the plugs, and it is not necessary to pick the patient’s ears into the blood for half an hour and pour water into them. The quality of service is disgusting. Of course, I’m unlikely to get a refund, but I’ll try to protect my friends as much as possible from such wonderful services for that kind of money.

Disgusting work of the administration! I signed my father up for an FGDS with anesthesia and was given instructions on bowel preparation. I called to clarify, it turned out that I had an appointment for a colonoscopy. Corrected. We arrive on the appointed day, 200 km away, and find out what was corrected during the FGDS without anesthesia. The doctor called the anesthesiologist in front of us, who had just left and was there in the morning only because there was also some kind of problem at the reception. I conclude that such overlays are commonplace for them. There is nowhere to go, we agree without anesthesia. Thank you very much to doctor A.S. Nikitin, he did everything quickly, carefully, and didn’t hurt. He discovered a large polyp, took a biopsy, and warned us that it was very similar to oncology, so that we should go to the doctor without waiting for the result of the biopsy, which could take up to 10 working days (but it comes even earlier). I called on the 7th day, they answered that there was no result yet. I checked at the laboratory at the 9th km, they replied that the analysis was ready, but they could not give it to us, only at NMT. She asked me to pick up the test over the phone for three days, since time no longer allows me to wait (my father started having pain). As a result, on the 10th day, the management of NMT allowed us to pick up the extract from the laboratory ourselves. On this day, we already had an appointment with an oncologist, who was waiting for the result of a biopsy with other tests. As a result, the analysis did not work out, since an insufficient amount of material was taken for the study. We stopped at NMT to show the laboratory report and collect money for the biopsy. After lengthy proceedings, they gave the money, but refused to return the conclusion. I asked for a copy to show the doctor. With a scandal, they gave me a copy against signature. On the same day, the oncology department took a second biopsy, which we now also have to wait for and go to the appointment again. As a result, nerves, money, and most importantly, time, which is so precious to us, were wasted. Is this kind of attitude towards people acceptable in a paid clinic?! Complete indifference and inhumanity! Never go there again and don’t recommend it to anyone!

Any endoscopist, surgeon or oncologist will explain to you what this means. An EXTENDED biopsy is required. This is a separate procedure. And it does not cancel what was done earlier in NMT.

I came to get tested. I was surprised that a passport was needed. But, in principle, this is correct. The next day I came again. There was no line in the treatment room. Everything is fast and high quality. The results could be viewed on the website after 18:00. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon I received a message on my phone that the test results were ready. Thank you.
