Xenon treatment

We understand the intricacies of xenon therapy: professionals tell us

Medicine has recently developed a new treatment method - xenon inhalation. This therapy is effective in the fight against many diseases.

Table of contents:

Unlike medicinal inhalations, xenon treatment does not cause allergic reactions or side effects, so the procedure is allowed for expectant mothers during lactation.

With the help of inhalation you will get rid of irritability, stress and depressed feelings

The effect of xenon on the human body

Xenon is a noble, rare gas that is found in the atmosphere in small concentrations. It is inactive, and therefore after 4 minutes it is completely removed from the body, without causing allergies or adverse reactions. All these qualities give xenon advantages over pharmacological therapy.

Xenon has neither color nor odor. It is also widely used in technology. Medicine learned that xenon has a healing effect in the 90s.

So, the advantages of xenon treatment:

Fig. 1 Xenon can charge you with energy and strength, provide endurance and calmness, increase mental abilities and concentration

  1. Gas treatment acts on the body like analgesics, that is, it blocks pain.
  2. Xenon has antidepressant properties. Inhalations relieve irritability, stress and depressed feelings.
  3. The gas stimulates the body's protective functions.
  4. Xenon can charge you with energy and strength, provide endurance and calmness, increase mental abilities and concentration.
  5. Gas inhalations help in the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction.
  6. Xenon acts therapeutically for migraines and headaches.
  7. Gas inhalations combat chronic fatigue.
  8. Xenon therapy has a positive effect on the body after operations and serious illnesses.
  9. The gas is effective for brain diseases.
  10. Xenon breathing is also beneficial for those who suffer from frequent insomnia.
  11. Treatment of gas is recommended in the presence of heart disease (chronic ischemic disease, heart failure).
  12. Xenon is used by athletes to prepare for competitions. It is known that inhalations are not a doping agent. The procedure can enhance physical capabilities and improve well-being.

It is worth saying: despite the fact that xenon is absolutely harmless to people, the World Anti-Doping Agency in 2014 added gas to the list of prohibited substances for sports.

Features of inhalation

Xenon therapy is carried out in a calm and quiet environment. The patient should not be distracted by other activities (watching TV, reading a book, etc.). This will put the person in the right mood, which will allow him to get the most out of the procedure. It will be nice if quiet and calm music is played in the room where the procedure is taking place. Lighting is also important in this situation: the room should be light and warm so that the patient can relax and unwind.

Xenon inhalations are carried out for 3 minutes. During this time, the gas penetrates the human body, exerting a mild healing effect on it.

Fig. 2 The only rule before the procedure is not to eat 2-3 hours and not to drink liquid an hour before the xenon therapy session

The effect lasts for 3-4 days. To achieve a longer-term result, 4-5 sessions of xenon therapy will be required.

It is worth saying that medical xenon does not cause addiction in the patient. The gas does not remain or accumulate in the body. However, fast does not mean that the therapeutic effect will be short-lived.

Inhalations do not require any special preparation. The only rule before the procedure is not to eat 2-3 hours and not to drink liquid an hour before the xenon therapy session.

All procedures begin with a patient interview. The doctor asks questions about your health, measures your blood pressure and pulse rate. Before the first procedure, the doctor conducting the therapy explains all the features and rules of xenon therapy.

After the inhalation is finished, the doctor will recommend resting for a few minutes.

After the first session a person:

  • sleep patterns will improve;
  • pain will go away;
  • mental state will improve;
  • Chronic fatigue will be eliminated;
  • Irritability and nervousness will go away.

Experts say that when using xenon, the patient will reduce the dosage of medications used.

Contraindications to xenon therapy

Despite the fact that the procedure is considered the most harmless, contraindications to its implementation still exist. Therefore, before starting such treatment, it is worth visiting a doctor who will determine the general condition of the patient and make decisions regarding the need for xenon therapy.

People suffering from myocardial infarction and heart disease, angina pectoris and pneumothorax, circulatory failure and epilepsy, respiratory failure and during acute infectious diseases should refuse the procedure.

How does a person feel during inhalation with xenon?

Xenon inhalation is a bit like therapeutic sleep. The difference is that the patient does not fall asleep completely, but indulges in a state of peace, balance and relaxation. During the procedure, patients experience a feeling of weightlessness and lightness. It’s as if a person leaves his body and soars above his difficulties and problems.

The state is somewhat reminiscent of a trance that occurs at the first inhalation of xenon. As soon as the gas supply ends, the patient easily returns and exits this state.

It is worth saying that when the dosage of gas supplied through the device increases, the person completely loses his balance. At the same time, the pain stops and a feeling of euphoria sets in.

From all that has been said, the conclusion suggests itself. Xenon in modern medicine is actively used in the presence of irritability, chronic fatigue, insomnia, etc.

Research has proven that gas has a healing effect and has a positive effect on the condition of the entire body. It does not cause allergic reactions and has no side effects. Therefore, xenon therapy is also recommended for pregnant women.

Xenon therapy

Xenon therapy is a new word in medicine of the 21st century. In particular, this applies to the treatment of neuroses, depression, addictions and other mental disorders. The main procedure for this method of therapy is xenon inhalation, the use of which provides a quick effect without the patient losing clear consciousness, without allergic reactions and other unpleasant consequences. When using xenon gas, inhalations acquire a completely new “sound”.

Xenon is an environmentally friendly inert (also called noble) odorless and tasteless gas, the properties of which are highly appreciated by doctors all over the world. Xenon treatment in Moscow has also gained fans both among doctors and patients - primarily due to its quick and long-lasting effect.

For xenon therapy, the price can be set depending on the type of disease (disorder), the degree of neglect of the problem, the expected number of sessions and other factors. The Alkoklinik medical center offers xenon therapy for children and adults, which is inexpensive and carried out under the supervision of experienced specialists. At the same time, our services can be used by both residents of the Northern Administrative District, where the clinic is located, and people living in the southwest or in any other corner of the capital.

Scope of application of xenon therapy

The technique is used in cardiology, surgery, intensive care and other psychosomatic departments. Inhalation use of xenon helps relax tense muscles and relieves pain in the human body. Therapy is prescribed if the patient suffers from neurological disorders, diseases of the cardiovascular system, and autonomic disorders.

In drug treatment practice, inhalations are indicated for:

  • the need to withdraw from a drunken state,
  • relieving withdrawal symptoms,
  • rehabilitation after a drug and/or alcohol addiction treatment program.

Based on many years of experience, the clinic’s narcologists will select the required number of procedures for a course of xenon therapy.

Inhalation administration alleviates the manifestations of hangover syndrome: reduces headaches, tremors in the arms and legs, and eliminates convulsions. The therapy affects the processes of removing a drinker from a binge state, improves mood and eliminates the signs of withdrawal syndrome, accompanied by depression and apathy towards the outside world.

Xenon therapy reduces addiction to alcoholic drinks, alleviates psychosis and panic attacks.

The developed technique helps drug addicts more easily endure the process of removing intoxicating substances from the human body. Xenon has been clinically proven to reduce the desire to re-use heroin, cocaine, marijuana or spice.

Xenon therapy is included in most rehabilitation programs for patients with pathological addiction to drugs and alcohol. Stressful situations, problems at work and in the family put a person into a state of deep depression. Therefore, the use of this procedure, along with psychotherapy, increases the patient’s chance of recovery and returns the patient’s psychological health

The effect of xenon therapy

The gas does not affect metabolic processes in the human body, since its effect is based on changing the potential of cell membranes.

  • stabilizes both high and low blood pressure,
  • improves oxygen delivery to the myocardium, while reducing the development of heart attack against the background of hangover syndrome,
  • normalizes cardiac activity,
  • affects liver function, prevents the formation of harmful toxic substances,
  • reduces symptoms of depression and apathy,
  • has an analgesic effect,
  • promotes the production of serotonin and dopamine, since the balance of these biological active substances in the body of an alcoholic is reduced, thereby increasing the risk of developing hangover syndrome and psychosis.

The effect is visible after the first procedure, but to consolidate and enhance the durability of the result, they must be repeated at least 3 times.

Xenon therapy: indications

Indications for xenon inhalation are:

  • pain of various etiologies;
  • sleep disorders;
  • neuroses;
  • depression;
  • withdrawal symptoms;
  • chronic stress;
  • the need for rehabilitation after illnesses and operations;
  • the need for auxiliary therapy in the treatment of addictions of various kinds.

Xenon treatment of panic attacks is no less successful.

Xenon therapy: contraindications

Like any other procedure, xenon therapy has contraindications. These include:

  • respiratory dysfunction;
  • cerebral edema;
  • unstable angina;
  • schizophrenia;
  • epilepsy;
  • acute infectious diseases and some other critical conditions.

You can find out a complete list of contraindications, as well as the cost of the session, during a consultation with a specialist.

How does the procedure work?

A xenon therapy session does not require any special preparation from the patient, but it is still recommended not to eat two hours before the procedure. After a short consultation with a doctor and examination, the patient lies down on a comfortable bed, relaxing thanks to dim lighting, unobtrusive music - in general, an environment like at home.

The supply of an oxygen mixture with xenon gas lasts several minutes, after which a pleasant relaxation occurs, a state of half-sleep (about minutes). Upon awakening, the patient feels much better and retains orientation in time and space. The effect after each session lasts 4-5 days.

With the use of xenon, the therapy of many conditions in our center, as well as throughout the world, has moved to a new level. By the way, it was in Russia that a closed circuit for the therapeutic effects of xenon in the form of inhalations was patented, which made it possible for many clinics to buy the equipment and make the procedure accessible to patients.

We offer xenon therapy to children, the elderly, and patients with individual intolerance to drugs (including analgesics) due to the complete safety, ease and excellent effectiveness of xenon treatment in Moscow. The procedure is carried out by certified specialists with many years of experience who will help you choose the optimal number of sessions at an affordable price.

What are xenon inhalations and what are they intended for?

Xenon today is widely used in various branches of medicine, since the use of this gas can effectively combat many diseases and also has a preventive effect on the body. Xenon inhalations have a number of advantages over procedures using medications. First of all, this is the absence of allergic reactions and the occurrence of side effects, which makes it possible to carry out therapy even when treating pregnant women.

The effect of xenon on the body

Xenon improves mental abilities, increases stress resistance, stabilizes the emotional background

Xenon increases the body's mental abilities, so they are especially indicated for those people whose work involves mental activity and stressful situations. In addition, xenon inhalations relieve fatigue, nervous tension, and promote emotional uplift. That is why such procedures are usually a mandatory part of rehabilitation therapy.

It becomes possible to use xenon in surgery and dentistry to put the patient to sleep, after which a quick and easy awakening occurs without possible complications, unlike other medications. Xenon has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic and sedative effect on the human body.

You should not be afraid of the harmful effects of xenon, since it is a completely non-toxic drug, without damaging cells and tissues, and also without affecting the central nervous system. Inhalations are officially approved for use in the training of athletes, as they effectively increase physical abilities without being doping.

Features of the procedure

Xenon inhalations must be carried out in a calm environment that promotes relaxation of the patient. That is why it is important that the room has soft lighting, several separate rooms, calm music, as well as a preliminary conversation with the doctor - all this will set the person up to receive the maximum effect from the treatment procedure.

The inhalation procedure using xenon usually lasts half an hour. In this case, the gas enters the body within no more than 3 minutes, providing a mild therapeutic effect on it. The effect after the procedure can last up to 5 days, but in order to achieve the expected result, 3-5 sessions are necessary.

The medical gas used does not cause physical or mental dependence in the patient; it is very quickly eliminated from the body, without having the ability to accumulate in it. At the same time, the rapid removal of xenon does not affect the duration of the restorative and therapeutic effect of the drug.

Recommendations for inhalations

Inhalation lasts 3 minutes and it is recommended to lie down for 20 minutes afterward to achieve the maximum therapeutic effect.

To carry out xenon inhalations, there is no need for special preparation for the procedure. Perhaps the only requirement for the patient is not to eat 2 hours before the scheduled session. The procedure always begins with a consultation, during which the specialist must measure the patient’s blood pressure, pulse, and provide full information about the method of therapy being performed.

The inhalation itself lasts no more than 3 minutes, after which it is recommended to lie down for another 20 minutes, completely relaxing. After inhalation you can achieve the following therapeutic effect:

  • normalize sleep;
  • improve mood;
  • eliminate depression;
  • relieve neurotic and neurosis-like conditions;
  • eliminate chronic fatigue syndrome;
  • increase performance;
  • eliminate pain;
  • reduce the doses of medications used.

Contraindications

Despite the positive properties that xenon has, there are still certain contraindications to the procedure. That is why only a specialist should prescribe, let alone carry out, xenon inhalations. It is worth refusing to carry out therapy for myocardial infarction, pneumothorax, angina pectoris, severe circulatory failure, heart defects - both congenital and acquired, epilepsy, respiratory failure, schizophrenia, and acute infectious diseases.

As you can see, xenon inhalations are contraindicated only in critical conditions that require hospitalization of the patient.

Xenon therapy in Moscow, prices and reviews

The noble inert gas xenon was discovered at the end of the 19th century, and its unusual medical properties became known almost immediately. Divers who used xenon as part of the air mixture noted a significant improvement in their well-being after the dive.

Complex and expensive to produce, xenon has been used in medicine since the 1990s, first as a means for general anesthesia, then as a unique way of treating and rehabilitating patients with a variety of neurological and psychiatric problems.

Absolute indications for xenon therapy include:

  • Conditions requiring pain relief that are difficult to treat with medication. These are migraines, tension headaches, diseases of the musculoskeletal system (disc hernias, radiculitis, osteochondrosis).
  • Cerebrovascular accidents of various etymologies: after traumatic brain injuries and strokes.
  • Nervous disorders - panic attacks, insomnia, bulimia, depression.
  • Acute encephalopathy in patients with alcohol and drug addiction.
  • Acute psychiatric conditions: stress, depression, various types of addiction.

What effect does xenon have?

Clinical testing of xenon in hospital conditions revealed its effectiveness as a strong neuroprotector, antidepressant and vegetative stabilizing agent. It has such an effective effect on the human body that in 2014, xenon inhalations were equated to doping. Due to its doping effect on the body, xenon significantly minimizes behavioral disorders and sleep disturbances characteristic of acute withdrawal syndrome after withdrawal from alcohol and drugs.

Easily penetrating the blood through the lungs, it can significantly reduce anxiety and stress levels from the very first procedures. Moreover, due to its inertness and low toxicity, xenon has no side effects, and the effect of xenon therapy occurs 3-5 minutes after the start of the session.

How is the procedure carried out?

The session lasts from 10 to 30 minutes, the exposure is determined by the doctor, the patient inhales a special mixture of oxygen and xenon through a sealed mask. During the entire procedure, patients are under the close supervision of medical professionals.

The optimal number of sessions in a course is from 7 to 10. During the treatment cycle, the center’s specialists assess the patient’s condition and render a verdict on how much xenon therapy has solved his problems. Feedback from patients helps to adjust treatment, reduce or increase the frequency of procedures. Usually they are carried out daily or every other day, depending on the problem with which the patient came.

Xenon Therapy Center

Xenon therapy in Moscow has grown from experimental sessions into everyday practice in specialized inpatient institutions. Long-term medical observations show that xenon therapy can also play a key role in the formation of abstinence from a number of severe harmful addictions (alcoholism, drug addiction, gambling addiction, overeating). The price in Moscow is determined by many factors: the type of disease, its severity, the number of sessions in one course.

At the Salvation Medical Clinic you can receive treatment without going to the hospital. The center’s specialists will conduct a free consultation, during which they will assess your health, make a forecast about the effectiveness of xenon therapy, and select the optimal treatment regimen.

Xenon therapy

Due to its unique physicochemical properties as a noble gas, xenon is increasingly used in medicine. It opens up new horizons in medical and biological practice, since it combines low toxicity with the ability to dissolve in biological fluids and cell membranes and influence metabolic and cellular processes. Xenon is a colorless, tasteless and odorless gas, it is non-toxic and does not cause chemical effects, and is quickly eliminated from the body mainly through the lungs.

How does xenon affect the body?

Firstly, xenon has a beneficial effect on blood circulation processes, which results in improved microcirculation. This opens up great opportunities for its use in the treatment of circulatory disorders - ischemic lesions of the brain, myocardium and other organs. Secondly, the high solubility of the gas in lipids and primarily in the adrenal cortex and brain, the ability to block peroxidation processes and reduce the activity of stress hormones gives positive results from the use of xenon in the treatment of adaptation disorders, and in particular stress syndrome of various origins. The pronounced effect of gas in subnarcotic dosages on the human psyche has found its application in psychiatric practice, in particular in the treatment of depression.

Its use reduces the level of anxiety, eliminates pain, improves mood, and normalizes sleep. In addition, xenon inhalations increase performance and improve mood. The mechanism of xenon’s effect on the body remains not fully understood, but it has been proven that inert gases create conditions for normalizing the gas composition of arterial blood and have a positive effect on oxygen transport.

Xenon is a promising inhalation anesthetic that approaches “ideal” in its properties. Its use as an anesthetic drug in outpatient practice is expanding. With its help, it is possible to quickly put the patient to sleep, and after the end of the operation, a quick and easy awakening occurs without any undesirable consequences (irritation of the respiratory tract, respiratory depression, toxic effects, etc.). Medical xenon is not addictive and is eliminated from the body within a few minutes. Meanwhile, the achieved effect lasts longer, which contributes to stable remission and recovery.

Thus, the therapeutic effect of xenon is as follows:

  • Analgesic effect - in the presence of chronic pain, xenon inhalations can reduce the dose of analgesics
  • Stops panic attacks
  • Improves mood and provides emotional uplift
  • Increases performance and improves overall well-being
  • Stabilizes blood circulation and improves the functions of the brain and heart muscle
  • Reduces the toxicity of drugs, reduces their dosage
  • Accelerates wound healing processes
  • Reduces the concentration of stress hormones in the blood
  • Eliminates spasm of capillaries
  • A natural antidepressant that does not affect the emotional-volitional sphere of a person and is not addictive

Indications for the use of xenon therapy

  • Русский
  • Insomnia
  • Depressive states
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Headaches, migraines
  • Treatment of neuroses, anxiety disorders, panic attacks
  • Rehabilitation after strokes, heart attacks or traumatic brain injuries
  • Chronic stress of various etiologies

How is the procedure performed?

No special preparation is required before the procedure. However, it is recommended not to eat two hours before the session and not drink at least an hour before the procedure.

Xenon inhalations are carried out using a mask of a portable or stationary anesthesia-respiratory apparatus in therapeutic concentrations of xenon with oxygen in a time interval of one minute along a semi-open circuit. The procedure itself takes place in an environment that promotes relaxation for the patient. Usually soft lighting, an individual room, and calm relaxing music are used. The start of the procedure is preceded by a conversation with a doctor who will answer all your questions and set you up to get the maximum effect.

The inhalation procedure lasts an average of minutes, the gas itself enters the body within 3 minutes, after which you need to lie down for a while. The effect of one procedure can last up to 5 days. To achieve lasting results, an average of 3-10 sessions are required.

How will the patient feel during the session?

The sensations of xenon inhalation are somewhat similar to “therapeutic sleep”, with the difference that the patient does not fall asleep completely, but is immersed in a state of peace and relaxation, with a feeling of lightness and bliss. A person seems to be floating above his body, above his problems and troubles. This state resembles a trance and occurs immediately, with the first breaths of the drug, and ends gently and quite quickly after the xenon supply is stopped. For several days, patients report deep sleep at night, and during the day there is no feeling of fatigue and irritation, and even vice versa, they feel a surge of strength and good mood.

What are the contraindications for xenon inhalation?

For any medical procedure there are a number of contraindications, which is why xenon inhalations should be prescribed and especially carried out by a doctor. Direct contraindications are:

  • Acute myocardial infarction
  • Pneumothorax
  • Angina attack
  • Heart defects
  • Epilepsy
  • Respiratory and heart failure
  • Acute infectious diseases

Xenon therapy method: what is it and when is it used?

Xenon therapy - what it is and whether it will help solve a specific problem - this question increasingly arises among people. The method is becoming increasingly popular.

A new word in medicine

Xenon therapy is a treatment method that uses the inert gas xenon. Therapy is carried out by inhalation using special equipment. It consists of the patient inhaling low concentrations of xenon gas through a mask. The procedure itself lasts from 30 to 40 minutes. From these gases enter the body within 3 minutes, after which the person simply lies and relaxes.

A unique remedy has been found that causes AVOIDANCE to alcohol! You can overcome alcoholism in just a week! Read more—>

In order for the procedure to be as pleasant and effective as possible, you need to prepare for it. To do this, you just need to refrain from eating 2 hours before the session and not drink anything 1 hour before the session. No other preparation is required for the procedure.

The course of xenon therapy usually ranges from 3 to 10 procedures. As a rule, the first 3-5 sessions are carried out daily, and then every 1-2 days. If longer intervals are taken between treatments, this may reduce the therapeutic effect. There is also no need to stop the course at the first improvement in your well-being.

On average, the effect of a course of xenon therapy lasts for 6 months, after which the doctor may recommend repeating it.

Xenon treatment is carried out in a clinical setting under the supervision of a specialist. Although it is possible to carry out the procedures at home. Some clinics that have a specially equipped car offer similar services. But it is important to create a comfortable environment for the patient.

Indications for xenon treatment

Xenon has a calming, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. This makes it possible to prescribe xenon therapy in the treatment of various diseases. Doctors point out those in which therapy is most effective:

  1. Neurological diseases. Due to its neuroprotective effect, xenon therapy is prescribed to patients with cerebrovascular accidents, organic brain lesions, after stroke and intoxication, and severe injuries that are accompanied by pain.
  2. Diseases of the cardiovascular system. Xenon increases microcirculation in the heart muscle and has an antiarrhythmic effect. Therefore, xenon therapy is effective for coronary heart disease, hypertension, and heart attack.
  3. Autonomic disorders. Xenon has a powerful nootropic and anti-anxiety effect. Therefore, it is prescribed for panic attacks, increased anxiety and other psycho-vegetative disorders. Xenon therapy effectively helps to get rid of depression and chronic fatigue. This explains its use in the treatment of drug addicts and alcoholics, because all their psycho-vegetative functions are disrupted.

Thanks to xenon therapy, the body's restorative functions are launched. Therefore, it is prescribed not only to people with poor health and those who have undergone surgery, but also to athletes after increased stress.

Method of xenon therapy in narcology

Xenon therapy is widely used in narcology. Xenon has the following effects on the body, due to which it is advisable to prescribe it in the treatment of addictions:

  • restores the exchange of serotonin and dopamine;
  • has a nootropic and anti-anxiety effect;
  • quickly relieves attacks of anxiety, panic, agitation;
  • reduces the level of stress hormones;
  • eliminates withdrawal syndrome.

All this not only helps to improve the condition of the patient at the drug treatment center, but also effectively treat addiction. Xenon really helps a person get rid of pathological cravings for alcohol and drugs.

It has already been clinically proven that it reduces a person’s painful desire to drink alcohol. This is due to the special effect of the gas on NMDA receptors, which are involved in the formation of addiction.

Xenon acts precisely on these special receptors, which explains its high effectiveness in the treatment of alcoholics and drug addicts. It also helps restore the central nervous system, mental and physical abilities of patients.

The advantage of the method is that it is safe, does not cause allergic reactions, is non-toxic, non-addictive and can be prescribed to patients, regardless of age. However, it has the following contraindications:

  • myocardial infarction;
  • heart defects;
  • angina pectoris;
  • pneumothorax;
  • circulatory failure;
  • epilepsy;
  • respiratory failure;
  • infectious diseases in the acute stage.

In these cases, it is advisable to abandon xenon therapy.

Efficiency of xenon treatment

It is difficult to overestimate the positive effect that xenon has on the body.

Doctors indicate the following therapeutic effect from the procedures:

  • normalization of sleep;
  • elimination of painful syndrome;
  • increased tone and performance;
  • resistance to stress;
  • improved mood;
  • strengthening the nervous system;
  • elimination of migraines;
  • restoration of the body after surgical interventions, serious illnesses, and nervous exhaustion.

Moreover, this effect is observed after the first procedure. However, to consolidate the effect and increase its durability, it is necessary to undergo at least 3 procedures.

Xenon therapy is often included in the complex of treatment of patients, including medication. The advantage of inhalations is that they can be combined with any drug without fear of side effects. Moreover, xenon helps reduce drug dosages, since over time the patient no longer needs the initially prescribed doses of drugs. The negative impact of pharmacological drugs on the body of patients is also reduced.

Patients' opinions about treatment

The effectiveness of xenon treatment can be judged by numerous reviews from patients who have undergone xenon therapy. Here's what some of them say.

He suffered from alcoholism. I lost my job and normal friends, but nothing stopped me. But when it suddenly dawned on me that I might lose my wife and son, I decided to get treatment. I went to the drug treatment clinic. Treatment was prescribed, including a course of xenon therapy. I don’t know how I would have coped if it weren’t for these sessions. After them I felt calmer, they gave me confidence that I could handle everything. And the craving for alcohol really decreased.

A year ago I had spinal surgery. Not only did everything hurt, but she still couldn’t recover. I was tormented by the thought that I could not pay proper attention to my little child. And then my husband found information about xenon therapy. I completed the session and it was a miracle! The pain subsided and the body began to recover much faster. Even the doctors were surprised.

This video talks about xenon therapy:

Elizaveta, 50 years old

Trouble came to our family - we learned that our son had become a drug addict. Fortunately, he himself understood that he needed treatment. They sent him to a drug treatment clinic, where he was prescribed treatment. Including a course of xenon therapy. Of course, my son was treated comprehensively, but he himself says that after the procedures it became easier.

Xenon therapy

Xenon therapy is a new word in medicine, a drug-free treatment method based on the pharmaceutical and physiotherapeutic properties of xenon. The xenon therapy procedure is carried out by inhalation - inhalation of a xenon-oxygen mixture using special medical equipment. Xenon inhalations have a wide range of applications in the treatment of neurological and cardiac diseases, mental disorders, chronic fatigue, and disorders of the immune system.

When is xenon treatment indicated?

Indications for xenon therapy may include chronic cardiovascular and nervous diseases, alcohol and drug addiction, including mental disorders provoked by them, intellectual impairment, and withdrawal syndrome. As an effective restorative and restorative procedure, xenon therapy is indicated for high physical exertion, after suffering stress, with a busy pace of life, and with general exhaustion of the body.

The extensive list of indications for xenon therapy is explained by its diverse medicinal properties. Xenon has the following effects:

  1. Analgesic and antispasmodic properties. This factor is used to relieve neurological and muscle pain in diseases of the peripheral nervous system and chronic pathologies of internal organs.
  2. Cardiotonic effect. Xenon has a beneficial effect on the myocardium, helps relieve arrhythmia and other heart rhythm disorders.
  3. Neuroprotective and nootropic effects. Thanks to these properties, xenon promotes the protection and regeneration of nerve cells and restores the functioning of the nervous system. Xenon treatment is especially effective for sleep disorders, neuroses, a tendency to depression and anxiety, and panic attacks.
  4. Vascular strengthening properties. Xenon improves blood circulation, normalizes blood pressure, and strengthens the walls of blood vessels.
  5. Immunomodulatory effect. Xenon treatment significantly reduces inflammation, stimulates the production of immune cells, and increases the body's defenses and resistance.

Xenon inhalations are carried out in courses of 5-10 procedures. The number of procedures is prescribed depending on the patient’s condition and medical indications. The procedure takes minutes, of which the inhalations themselves last only 3 minutes. The rest of the time the patient lies in a calm state. The effect of xenon therapy is that the patient feels a feeling of lightness, calm, relaxation, and euphoria.

After the session, the patient feels a surge of strength, vitality, and self-confidence; Anxieties, fears, despondency disappear. The advantage of xenon therapy is the fact that it is not addictive, unlike medications.

Medical xenon treatment center

The Xenon Therapy Medical Center specializes in providing care to patients with a variety of diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system. In addition to traditional medication and physiotherapy, medical xenon is used in complex treatment. Its use allows you to increase the effectiveness of the treatment several times.

What is medical xenon?

Xenon was first discovered in 1898 by English scientists W. Ramsay and M. Travers. This noble gas consists of monatomic molecules, has no odor or color, does not burn and does not support combustion, is not explosive, and is slightly soluble in water.

Medical xenon is a medicine that has unique pharmacological and physicochemical properties:

Xenon advantages:

How does the xenon therapy procedure work:

Despite the simplicity of the xenon inhalation technique, the xenon therapy procedure is carried out only by an experienced doctor. The device (KTK-10) allows you to obtain an oxygen-xenon mixture with an individual concentration for each patient. Inhalation of the mixture occurs using a regular mask used for anesthesia.

Xenon inhalations are somewhat similar to “therapeutic sleep”. But the effect of xenon does not put you to sleep, but puts you into a state of peace, stabilizes and tones the emotional background. It’s as if you are floating above your own body, leaving all your problems and troubles, dissolving in a state of complete harmony with the world and yourself.

The xenotherapy procedure takes about minutes, and the course of treatment is individual and most often lasts 5–10 sessions.

Clinical cases:

After long periods of stress, my sleep was suddenly disrupted. I took sleeping pills and sedatives, but without any noticeable results. The tablets help you fall asleep, but they last no more than 3-4 hours. After the first xenon procedure, I became calmer, had inner confidence and good, restful sleep. After a course of xenon therapy, my sleep completely returned to normal and I began to fall asleep even during the procedure.

For more than a year, attacks of high blood pressure, palpitations, and headaches appeared. I contacted a cardiologist, endocrinologist, and neurologist - treatment was prescribed, but the attacks did not stop. The psychotherapist recommended xenon. I completed a course of 10 xenon therapy procedures, and my condition changed. My mood improved and there were no attacks for a month.

Indications for use:

Anxiety, stress relief, depression treatment

  • Eliminates anxiety and restlessness in acute and chronic stress disorders, panic attacks, bulimia nervosa.
  • Improves mood and restores “vitality” after physical and psycho-emotional stress.
  • An ideal alternative to the use of antidepressants or a reduction in their dosage.

Insomnia and fatigue

  • Improves sleep, increases performance.
  • Effective for overwork and chronic fatigue syndrome.
  • A safe alternative to sleeping pills.
  • Promotes rapid adaptation of the body when changing time zones
  • Effective for migraines (eliminates the causes of severe headaches), osteochondrosis, radiculitis, postoperative interventions.
  • Relieves pain in spasmodic muscles, helps with neuralgia and phantom pain.

Post-stroke condition

  • Accelerates recovery processes after suffering (stroke) acute cerebrovascular accident.
  • In case of chronic damage to the blood vessels of the brain, it improves memory, reduces the severity of tinnitus and dizziness.

Neurodegenerative and demyelinating diseases

(Parkinson's disease, Essential tremor, multiple sclerosis)

  • xenon reduces pathologically increased muscle tone,
  • eliminates (reduces) tremor of the limbs,
  • reduces rapid muscle fatigue
  • prevents the development of cognitive impairment (decreased memory, mental performance, impaired perception and analysis of received information)

Xenon therapy in Moscow minimum price, xenon therapy, xenon therapy (xenon inert gas)

Xenon therapy – xenon therapy (xenon inert gas):

At the moment we do not carry out xenon therapy, perhaps we will resume it after a while, subscribe to the newsletter (see in the right column) =====>

If you are interested in purchasing a xenon therapy device, write to me with the subject “Xenon”

Xenon therapy is advertised as a means to improve performance, quickly restore strength and concentrate attention, relieve psycho-emotional and physical stress, stress and depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc. etc. (read below).

For me, xenon is primarily a substance with a psychedelic effect (without addiction or side effects, by definition). Moreover, it is the only legal one (at this time) on the territory of Russia, which also brings its own positive specificity.

The differences in the use of xenon are solely in the xenon content in the inhaled mixture:

5-15% – physiotherapy (relaxation, stress relief, etc.)

15-50% – psychotherapy (ISS, work with phobias, etc. – work in consciousness)

60-70% – Anesthesia (anesthesia – blackout)

Everyone has their own level of entry into the ASC, so during the session we gradually increase the % of xenon content in the inhaled mixture, while constantly maintaining feedback from the participant in the process.

The uniqueness of xenon is in the quick entry into the ASC (1-2 minutes), quick exit (seconds), the possibility of any work with phobias, anxiety states and other psychological work - because contact is maintained (feedback), there is no loss of orientation - the participant always understands where he is and can carry on a conversation (if desired

For me, the uniqueness of xenon in being simultaneously there (in the ISS) and here (in consciousness) is an indescribable experience

As in all processes conducted by me, I only create the conditions and space for the process - the process is always yours.

How deep you go into the process depends only on you - you yourself regulate the depth of entry, I only provide the necessary support.

Cost of one procedure:

1. Book a session for RUB 5,500. (pay a registration fee of 500 rubles, the rest is during the procedure)

2. Payment on the spot RUR 6,000. (also follow the link below, enter your details and in the note write “6000 rub. payment on the spot”).

To reserve a place for xenon therapy

Pay your registration fee by clicking on this link!

For reference: the average price (before the increase, I didn’t track the price last year) in honey. centers for a procedure from 2 to 20 minutes - 6000 - 7500 rubles. (up to 10 thousand)

We have time as desired - on average from 10 to 20 minutes, you can immin. by prior arrangement! (but believe me, it’s not a matter of duration, but of depth in the % xenon content in the mixture

Xenon therapy is carried out on average once every few months, the venue is within walking distance from the metro, you can choose a time convenient for you on the day of the procedure.

Below are various texts on the topic of xenon therapy and different options for using xenon (I personally recommend reading at the very end of the Stages of therapy with a xenon-oxygen mixture, from which, by the way, it follows that the medical procedure can last 2-3 minutes (since all the main stages are 3 minutes fit) - which, by the way, confirms the “quick entry into the ISS” and “quick exit” using xenon:

Excerpt from the description from honey. centers where xenon therapy is used:

Xenon therapy:

Xenon therapy is a method of treating various neurological, cardiological and other diseases, based on the use of an inert gas - xenon. Having unique analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and sedative properties, xenon is used in many medical fields, including rehabilitation treatment.

Medical xenon is an inhaled medicine with unique properties: This gas is safe, hypoallergenic, non-toxic, has no harmful effects on the nervous system and other tissues of the body, and therefore has no contraindications, is not addictive and can be used for a long time. There are no age restrictions either.

At the same time, it is difficult to overestimate the therapeutic benefits of xenon. When used in the form of inhalations (mixed with oxygen), a therapeutic effect quickly occurs. Xenon can be combined with many pharmacological drugs; thanks to xenon therapy, patients' sleep is normalized, pain syndromes are reduced, performance and vitality are increased.

During the procedure, patients feel positive emotions, physical and mental comfort, peace and tranquility. Immediately after inhalation, many people note a feeling of lightness, an uplift in mood and an increase in performance; they compare the procedure to a spa session or massage.

The effect after inhalation with xenon lasts up to a day. To achieve a sustainable and long-lasting effect, at least 3 procedures are required.

Application of xenon therapy:

Xenon is widely used in various fields:.

Xenon, which has a powerful neuroprotective effect, is effective in the complex treatment of cerebral circulatory disorders and pain syndromes (after operations, spinal injuries, “radicular” syndrome, etc.). Inhalations are used for organic brain damage (as a result of traumatic brain injury, after a stroke, toxic damage). The pronounced muscle relaxant and analgesic effect of xenon is used in the treatment of radiculitis.

Having strong nootropic and anti-anxiety effects, xenon quickly relieves anxiety and panic attacks. Inhalations help restore the psycho-vegetative functions of the body, therefore they are recommended in the complex treatment of depressive conditions.

Xenon helps increase microcirculation in the heart muscle, has an antiarrhythmic effect, therefore it is used in the complex treatment of coronary heart disease, hypertension, myocardial infarction, etc.

The use of xenon therapy is very effective in eliminating withdrawal symptoms when drinking alcohol.

Xenon accelerates recovery processes after extreme physical and emotional stress, which is why it is used in sports medicine.

The effect of xenon therapy

  • With xenon therapy for depressive conditions, patients' feelings of anxiety and depression disappear and their mood improves;
  • For sleep disorders, almost all patients have normalized sleep after a course of xenon therapy;
  • With chronic fatigue syndrome, performance and vitality increase;
  • In the presence of chronic degenerative or inflammatory processes, the general condition of the body improves;
  • After operations and illnesses, the body recovers quickly;
  • In sports medicine, during the training of athletes, xenon increases the body's endurance and its physical capabilities, without being a doping agent;
  • With chronic pain of various origins, patients note a significant decrease in the intensity and frequency of pain;
  • For migraines, pain decreases;
  • Having a calming effect, xenon can relieve a person of fear of surgery or an unpleasant procedure.

Preparation for xenon therapy

No special preparation is required. You just need to refrain from eating 2 hours and drinking water 1 hour before the procedure.

Xenon has no contraindications, age restrictions, or side effects. Almost every modern person experiencing all kinds of stress is recommended xenon therapy.

In 1999, in Russia, for the first time in the world, xenon was officially approved for clinical use as an anesthetic (Ministry of Health Order No. 363 of October 8, 1999). From that time to the present day, Russia remains the only country in the world that has a unique technology for producing medical xenon of ultra-high purity in industrial quantities, as well as unique technologies for its use in a wide variety of fields of medicine.

Over 10 years of clinical use of medical xenon, more than one operation was performed under xenon anesthesia without any complications or side effects. Xenon is very easily tolerated by patients, does not cause nausea or vomiting, and has a protective effect on the cardiovascular system, brain and liver. Unlike other artificially created anesthetics, xenon as a natural inert gas is absolutely safe. Preclinical studies of xenon have proven that it does not have mutagenic, teratogenic, embryotoxic, allergenic or carcinogenic properties. Xenon does not affect the reproductive function of the body and does not suppress the immune system.

According to medical experts, xenon in its properties is close to the concept of an ideal anesthetic. It is odorless and colorless and does not irritate the respiratory tract. Its low blood/gas solubility ensures rapid entry and recovery from anesthesia. Already 3-4 minutes after the start of inhalation, xenon turns off consciousness, creates amnesia, analgesia and pronounced muscle relaxation, thereby providing the surgical stage of anesthesia. In this case, the patient awakens 2-3 minutes after stopping the xenon supply with complete restoration of consciousness and pleasant sensations.

Head Department of the State Scientific Center for Social and Forensic Psychiatry named after V.P. Serbsky, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor A.A. Churkin.

The most pressing tasks of modern narcology are:

• therapy of withdrawal syndrome in persons with alcohol and drug addiction; • therapy of mental, behavioral and somatovegetative disorders in the post-abstinence period; • relief of the syndrome of pathological craving for psychoactive substances during remission. Solving these problems requires practicing narcologists to take a comprehensive individual approach and simultaneously influence key pathogenetic links, namely:

1. Detoxification – removal from the body or blocking of exo- and endotoxic agents that cause damage to vital systems.

2. Correction of metabolic disorders - water-electrolyte, osmotic, metabolic, hormonal, immune, neurotransmitter metabolism (in particular, endorphins).

3. Relief of acute dysfunction of vital systems (hemodynamics, gas exchange and neuro-vegetative regulation).

4. Correction of mental and behavioral disorders - depressive, dissomnic, hallucinatory-paranoid, addictive, syndrome of pathological craving for psychoactive substances, etc.

Very often, especially during the period of abstinence, we observe incredibly painful manifestations of the disease for patients, which are determined by the irresistible desire of patients to use a psychoactive substance. In addition, withdrawal syndrome of almost any etiology is characterized by the rapid appearance of psychopathological and somatoneurological disorders, the degree of which can reach a critical level. These conditions place a heavy psychophysical burden not only on patients and their relatives, but also pose certain difficulties in relation to therapeutic measures.

For example: modern psychocorrective drugs, traditionally used in narcology, have a number of pronounced side effects: first of all, they are toxic, and their long-term use, as a rule, causes addiction in itself. This has largely determined the intensification of efforts to find new methods of treating drug addiction diseases.

Along with traditional infusion detoxification, efferent therapy methods are being widely introduced into drug treatment practice: plasmapheresis, ultraviolet and laser blood therapy. Various methods for the accelerated relief of opium withdrawal syndrome are being developed and improved through the controlled administration of opiate receptor antagonists - “ultra-fast detoxification”. Therapeutic algorithms are being developed using new neurometabolites, hepatoprotectors, antihypoxants, anticonvulsants, selective neuroleptics, benzodiazepines, antidepressants, etc.

Xenon inhalation therapy (xenon therapy) is one of the new directions in the treatment of drug addicts.

Pharmacochemical properties of xenon Xenon – (lat. Xenonum), Xe, a chemical element of group VIII of D.I. Mendeleev’s periodic table, belongs to the inert gases. Xenon is found mainly in the earth’s atmosphere in an unchanged state.

Under normal conditions, 1000 m3 of air contains about 87 cm3 of xenon. Xenon is a colorless and odorless monatomic gas. Its density at a temperature of 0 °C and a pressure of 760 mm. rt. Art. is 5.851 g/l (4.8 times heavier than air), melting point = –111.8 °C, boiling point = –108.1 °C. The fifth, outer electron shell of the xenon atom contains 8 electrons. Although it is very stable, it is significantly less stable than other stable inert gases. Therefore, xenon was the first inert gas that could be chemically combined with fluorine. Subsequently, xenon oxides and salts were obtained. In industry, xenon is obtained from air.

According to the theory of L. Polling, when xenon interacts with water, unstable macrocrystals (clathrates) – Xe (H2O)6 are formed in the body, due to which the aggregative state of phospholipids and lipoproteins, which are the main constituent components of all cell membranes, temporarily and reversibly changes. As a result, they change the rate of electrolyte transport through cell membranes and the rate of biochemical reactions. In particular, the change in the rate of depolarization and repolarization of the membranes of the synoptic link of pain receptors caused by xenon makes it possible to reversibly change the speed of passage of the pain impulse and use xenon as an anesthetic. The ability of clathrates to slow down catabolic processes has made it possible to talk about “submolecular detoxification” (N. Burov, 2010).

The universality of the physicochemical properties of xenon suggests the possibility of this drug influencing not only pain, but also other types of receptors (benzodiazepine, serotonin, histamine, etc.), which determines the breadth of the pharmacokinetic effects of xenon. This hypothesis can be confirmed by reports of experimental evidence that xenon suppresses the activity of NMDA receptors, which allows it to be used as a neuroprotector in hypoxic conditions of the central and peripheral nervous systems of various etiologies.

Methodology for conducting xenon inhalation therapy sessions

Preparation for inhalation with a xenon-oxygen mixture is carried out according to the standard scheme:

food intake is stopped at least 2 hours, and liquid intake is stopped at least 1 hour before the session.

The xenon-oxygen mixture is formed in an anesthesia-respiratory machine* or used pre-mixed in production conditions. The ratio of xenon-oxygen (Xe:O2) in the mixture can be –30:70, 40:60, 50:50, 60:40, 70 :thirty.

The concentration used depends on the stage of the disease, the characteristics of its course and the tasks that need to be solved by the attending physician. In this case, the oxygen content in the mixture must be at least 20%, which will eliminate the possibility of developing hypoxic hypoxia.

During the session, the patient must remain conscious and in vocal contact with the doctor. Before starting the procedure, a conversation is held with the patient in which its features and procedure are explained. The procedure is carried out in a quiet room with dim lighting. The patient's position is lying or reclining on a couch or bed. A xenon therapy session can be carried out with or without preliminary partial denitrogenation with oxygen.

When the patient breathes independently, the doctor applies an anesthesia mask or gives a mouthpiece with the mixture already started at a pre-selected concentration and flow. First, you need to take 3 deep breaths into the mask, then the patient should breathe calmly in a comfortable mode for him.

We divided the course of a xenon therapy session into 5 conventional stages.

Stages of xenon-oxygen mixture therapy:

Stage 1 – stage of paresthesia.

Stage 2 – the stage of euphoria and mild relaxation.

Stage 3 – stage of vegetative manifestations.

Stage 4 – deep breathing stage.

Stage 5 – recovery stage.

At the end of the procedure, it is recommended not to disturb the patient; he continues to remain in a supine position for at least 3-5 minutes, until the desire to get up arises.

The procedure is carried out until the 3rd or 4th stage is reached. At the end of the procedure, it is recommended to inhale an oxygen-air mixture with an oxygen fraction of no more than 50% with a flow of 3-10 l/min to avoid diffusion hypoxia. The duration of the session, as a rule, does not exceed a minimum. The frequency and frequency of sessions is selected individually. When prescribing a course of xenon inhalation therapy sessions, we do not abandon the traditional basic schemes of detoxification and symptomatic therapy, changing these schemes depending on the patient’s condition.

For example, if the patients’ condition allowed, we significantly reduced the doses or completely abandoned the administration of analgesics, antidepressants, antipsychotics and other psychocorrectors.

Victor, good evening. I’m interested in the idea of xenon therapy, I’ll probably decide on option 1, write when the sessions will be

At the moment, I am curtailing this activity, due to the fact that it is completely clear to me - I do not like to do routine work, so I will either stop completely, or will do it very rarely, as I gather a group of people willing to do so, or I will stop altogether (which will be discussed further here). Those. While registration for xenon therapy is pending, you still have the opportunity to taste this xenon fruit

I will add in the comments excerpts from official documents of various organizations about xenon and xenon therapy:

Effects of using xenon in therapy:

— quick stress relief;

— rapid recovery after heavy physical exertion;

— improvement of performance and general well-being;

- improving the functioning of the heart, brain, liver.

Xenon is a natural and very rare component contained in atmospheric air in a concentration of 0.%.

The basis of the drug is the noble inert gas xenon with a purity of 99.9999%.

Xenon is not synthesized chemically, but is concentrated from atmospheric air through fractional distillation during the production of oxygen.

Odorless, colorless, does not irritate the respiratory tract, the lowest solubility coefficient in the blood is 0.11, inert, indifferent, does not burn, does not detonate, Xe: O2 (70:30) is 2 times stronger than N2O, absolutely non-toxic, Cardiostable, quickly eliminated by the lungs.

Xenon and xenon therapy in cardiology: provides stable hemodynamics, does not have an arrhythmogenic effect; effective in the treatment of myocardial infarction and angina attacks.

Xenon and xenon therapy in neurology: effective in the treatment of acute cerebrovascular accidents and encephalopathies of various origins; used to relieve acute and chronic pain syndromes of various etiologies.

Xenon and xenon therapy for sports medicine: effective for relieving pre-race fever, treating insomnia, improving performance, as well as for the rapid recovery of athletes after heavy exercise.

One of the xenonauts (let’s introduce this term by analogy with holonauts) sent a scan of a manual on xenon therapy. If you’re interested, I’ll post it a little later, for now the conclusion:

Conclusion from the manual: “A method for correcting acute and chronic stress disorders based on inhalation of therapeutic doses of medical xenon.”

After inhalation of medical xenon (with xenon content in the range of 20-30%), respondents subjectively rated their condition more highly.

In particular, the integral indicator “Mood” increased by an average of 9.5%, and the indicator “Well-being” by 11.4%.

In addition, an important effect of xenon inhalation was a statistically significant reduction in the level of situational anxiety by more than 40%.

These studies indicate the high effectiveness of the proposed technique and the prospects of using it for the correction of acute and chronic stress disorders, as well as as a component of complex therapy for a number of diseases with a psychosomatic etiology.

Hello, I have a number of questions:

who conducts xenon therapy sessions?

How long does a session take?

what is the percentage of xenon in the mixture?

Session from 10 to 30 minutes (on average).

The percentage of xenon in the mixture is from 30 to 50%.
