Contains a local antibiotic, which helps with bacterial rhinitis, nasopharyngitis and sinusitis. It is used in pediatrics and has minimal contraindications and unwanted side effects.
Framinazine - instructions for use
The main component of the nasal spray is the antibiotic framycetin, which belongs to the group of aminoglycosides. It differs from other representatives of the class in less toxicity, as it is intended for intranasal local use. It is not absorbed into the bloodstream and therefore does not have a systemic effect on the body. It is prescribed by a doctor and sold by prescription, and the instructions below are provided for your reference.
Pharmacological group
Classified as an antimicrobial agent, antibiotic-aminoglycoside.
Composition of the drug
The active ingredient of Framinazin is framycetin, an organic substance from the group of aminoglycoside antibiotics. It has a bactericidal effect on pathogenic microorganisms, which distinguishes it from other antimicrobial agents that inhibit protein biosynthesis. The drug molecules, penetrating inside the pathogenic cell, destroy its membranes and cause the death of the pathogen. The following pathogens are sensitive to framycetin:
- Some strains of gram-positive streptococci and penicillin-resistant staphylococci.
- Gram-negative bacteria - Klebsiella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter spp., Proteus, Salmonella and Shigella.
It is the listed pathogens that usually cause inflammation of the upper respiratory tract. Once on the mucous membrane, the antibiotic acts locally, without being absorbed and without having a systemic effect on the body.
Release form of Framinazine
The Belarusian LLC "Pharmtekhnologiya" produces the drug in the form of a nasal spray in small plastic bottles equipped with a convenient dispenser spray. Volume – 10 or 25 ml, content of active substance in 1 ml of medicine – units. The following ingredients are used as auxiliary ingredients: purified water, sodium citrate and chloride, glycerol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, citric acid.
Photo of framinazine in the form of nasal spray 10 ml
Framinazine recipe in Latin
Like other antibiotics, the spray is a prescription drug. That is, you cannot purchase the drug at a pharmacy without a visit to the clinic. When filling out the form, the doctor indicates the patient’s basic data (age and full name), makes an appointment and certifies the document with his signature and personal seal. Information for the pharmacist looks like this:
DS 1 spray in each nostril three times a day.
Indications for use
Belarusian nasal drops Framinazin are indicated as part of complex therapy for the following bacterial infections of the respiratory system:
- sinusitis – infectious and inflammatory processes in the paranasal sinuses;
- rhinitis - runny nose;
- nasopharyngitis - inflammation of the nasopharynx.
It is also recommended to use the spray as a therapeutic and prophylactic agent after surgery.
Contraindications
Framinazine dosage
When spraying, the bottle must be held strictly vertically, after shaking. With each use, you need to perform 1 injection into each of the nasal passages. Three times daily use is enough for children, 4-6 times for adults. The recommended duration of treatment is at least a week. If no therapeutic effect is observed after this period, the drug should be discontinued and another one prescribed.
Side effects of Framinazine
Individual intolerance and a tendency to allergies can cause local allergic reactions when using the drug - swelling, hyperemia and itching. In exceptional cases, skin rashes may appear. In general, the drug is well tolerated, side effects are extremely rare.
Framinazine during pregnancy
All aminoglycoside preparations are contraindicated in pregnant women (even when applied topically).
For safety reasons, it is advisable to stop breastfeeding during antibiotic therapy.
Compatibility of framinazine with alcohol
Theoretically, topical aminoglycoside antibiotics can be combined with alcohol, since they do not interact directly in any way.
However, indirectly, ethanol still has a negative effect on the body and slows down recovery: vasodilation under the influence of alcohol increases swelling of the mucous membrane, complicating nasal breathing and the outflow of mucus from the sinuses.
The fluid accumulates and bacteria multiply in it, especially when the sinus ducts close. Inflammation, accordingly, progresses, the patient’s condition worsens, and the therapeutic effect of the drug is absent. It is also impossible to exclude the development of severe allergic reactions to the antibiotic due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Therefore, you cannot combine spray with framycetin and alcohol.
Framinazin's analogs
A complete structural analogue of the Belarusian drug is the popular French spray for the treatment of runny nose Isofra. Contains framycetin in a similar dosage, identical in indications. If it is necessary to replace Framinazine with another drug, you can use Polydexa, which is available in the same dosage form and contains the aminoglycoside antibiotic neomycin. Replacing one drug with another should only be done with the permission of the attending physician.
Which is better, Isofra or Framinazine?
When considering the Belarusian drug as an alternative to the French one, one should take into account, first of all, its cost - Framinazine is 2 times cheaper. If we evaluate the therapeutic effect, it is the same. Both drugs not only contain the same antibiotic in the same concentration per 1 ml, but their list of auxiliary components is identical. Accordingly, the indications for use, contraindications and dosages do not differ. The answer to the question of which medicine is better is given by patients and doctors in their reviews.
Reviews about Framinazine
In Russia, the drug is not as widespread as in the Republic of Belarus, but domestic doctors are familiar with it and highly appreciate its effectiveness. This spray is often recommended to replace the popular Isofra. Patients and parents who treated their children with the Belarusian remedy speak about the medicine as follows:
Zhanna, 34 years old: “As soon as my daughter went to kindergarten, endless sick days immediately began. The main problem was a runny nose, for which nothing except Isofra helped, and she is quite expensive. I once saw Framinazine from a manufacturer from Belarus in a pharmacy, consulted with a pediatrician and he approved the replacement. I can say that the Belarusian medicine is not inferior to the French medicine in terms of effectiveness and is also well tolerated.”
Svetlana, 28 years old: “Once the whole family went to visit relatives in Belarus, and there my son caught a cold. A runny nose is a common problem for us, and the pediatrician always prescribed Isofra, which helped to quickly cope with the disease. I went to a local pharmacy, and there the pharmacist recommended this drug, saying that Isofra is a complete analogue of Framinazine produced in Belarus. I bought it and didn’t notice the difference between the expensive and cheap spray: it is used according to the same scheme, it works effectively, and does not cause side effects.”
Evgeniya, 40 years old: “And our whole family uses Framinazine to treat a runny nose. I always try to find cheaper analogues if the doctor doesn’t mind. Therefore, the Belarusian drug in my medicine cabinet replaced Isofra, which is essentially the second trade name of Framinazin. The composition of both is identical, so I don’t see any point in overpaying. As for the effectiveness, there are no complaints about the medicine either: the runny nose almost goes away on the second day, and on the fifth day you simply forget about it. It is also well tolerated, both by children and adults.”

List of over-the-counter antibiotics + reasons for banning their free circulation

Framinazine: instructions. For children and adults. Reviews, price
Antimicrobial nasal drops with the antibiotic Framinazine are part of a group of local antibiotics used to treat inflammatory processes in the respiratory system.
The use of antibiotics opened a new page in the history of medicine. Despite certain disadvantages, they are the main drug for destroying pathogenic bacteria.
The drug has a rapid bactericidal effect, causes the death of pathogenic microbes and prevents their further spread throughout the body. It is quite effective and causes minimal negative consequences.
Indications for use. Release form and effect of the drug
- inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nasal cavity;
- rhinitis, nasopharyngitis, sinusitis;
- inflammations that occur after surgery;
- allergic reactions to dust or gas contamination;
- inflammation caused by fungal infections;
- lesions of the paranasal sinuses.
The nasal spray is convenient to use for the prevention of inflammatory processes of infectious origin. It is prescribed to prevent complications in patients who have undergone nasal surgery. Framinazine is not addictive, like some vasoconstrictor drugs.
Contraindications and possible side effects
Contraindications for use include age under one year and hypersensitivity of the body to individual components of the drug.
Framinazine is not recommended for rinsing the nasal cavity. The drug should be used with caution in case of atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure, and heart pathologies.
Framinazine is a safe drug with a low risk of causing side effects.
In case of an overdose, irritation and dryness of the mucous membranes, tingling and burning sensation in the nose, headache and dizziness may occur. In rare cases, allergic skin reactions and swelling occur.
Framinazine instructions: how to use? Dosage
Framinazine nasal spray is intended for nasal use. The bottle with the active substance is convenient for use.
When using the medicine, there is no need to calculate the dose, since it is determined by the number of injections. While using the drug, you need to keep your head level.
It is necessary to spray the product onto the mucous membranes of the nose after preliminary cleansing.
Spraying is carried out while taking a deep breath, closing the free nasal passage with your finger. After using the drug, the nozzle must be thoroughly rinsed or disinfected with alcohol.
As mentioned above, the drug is excluded for rinsing the nasal cavity. For these procedures, saline solution, drugs Dolphin, Quix, Aqualor, and solutions prepared on the basis of chamomile, sage, string, and eucalyptus are used.
Nasal rinsing is contraindicated in cases of swelling of the nasal cavity, a tendency to bleeding, a deviated nasal septum, or individual intolerance to the components of the product used for rinsing.
The recommended number of injections for adults is one in each nasal passage 4-6 times a day. Dosage for children – one injection up to three times a day. The duration of treatment is from five to seven days.
If the symptoms of a runny nose and inflammation do not go away, you should seek help from a doctor. It is not recommended to independently exceed the duration of use of the drug.
The price of Framinazine in Russia is acceptable - from 100 rubles in pharmacies. The packaging is convenient.
Framinazine for sinusitis
In most cases, treatment for sinusitis involves the use of nasal antibiotics. The use of Framinazin for sinusitis involves two or three sprays per day.
In this case, the severity of the inflammatory process is taken into account. If the walls of the nasal sinuses are damaged, the drug should not be used.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 10 days. In some cases, the nasal mucous membranes may dry out.
Framinazine for adenoids
The instructions for Framinazine drops provide for the use of the drug to treat inflamed adenoids. Before using the spray, the nasal passages are cleaned to ensure deep penetration of the medicine.
The use of antibiotic sprays for adenoids is one of the most effective methods of conservative treatment.
Framinazine for children: instructions for use
Many mothers are interested in what age can Framinazin be used, and how safe is it for babies? Framinazine is recommended for children over one year of age.
The drug is intended for a runny nose of bacterial origin, sinusitis, purulent rhinitis, and prolonged nasal congestion.
The main advantage of the product is the rapid penetration of the active substance into the site of inflammation. Dosage in children is one spray three times a day.
Antibiotics often cause intestinal problems, but when Framinazine is used, such a negative phenomenon does not occur. The active substance of the drug enters the body bypassing the stomach.
Framinazine during pregnancy
How justified is the prescription of Framinazine to pregnant women? The drug can be used to treat rhinitis or sinusitis in the second trimester. However, before using the spray, you should consult a doctor, since overdoses can have a negative effect on the fetus.
special instructions
Do not use the drug to rinse the nasal sinuses. Long-term use exceeding 10 days may cause side effects and contribute to the development of dysbiosis. If there is no therapeutic effect after a week of use, you must notify your doctor.
Interaction with other drugs
No negative interactions of the drug with other drugs have been identified at the moment.
Storage conditions and shelf life
The drug can be used for two years. Do not use the product after this period. The spray should be stored in a place inaccessible to children, at a temperature of 25 C.
Framinazine: analogues
Among the most common analogues, Isofra, Polydexa, Bioparox should be highlighted.
Isofra
A common question, Isofra or Framinazine, which is better, does not have a clear answer. Both drugs are quite effective in combating runny nose symptoms caused by infectious diseases. Framinazine has a more affordable price.
Isofra does not cause serious side effects; in rare cases, allergic reactions to individual components of the product are possible. The drug is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
Allowed for children over one year of age. Like Framinazine, Isofra is not used for rinsing the nasal passages. It should be remembered that this remedy does not combine well with some medications.
Polydexa
Polydex spray is used in complex treatment to eliminate mucous discharge from the nasal cavity. The drug has a vasoconstrictor effect, facilitating nasal breathing. Do not use for coccal infections.
The dosage for adult patients is five injections per day, for children over two years old - up to three injections. Not used for nasal rinsing.
When using, contraindications should be taken into account. The drug is not prescribed for kidney failure, problems with urination, herpes infection, or glaucoma. Polydexa is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Bioparox
An effective topical antibiotic with a bacteriostatic effect. Relieves inflammation and swelling in diseases such as tonsillitis, sinusitis, laryngitis and other pathologies of the nasopharynx.
Release form: aerosol for inhalation (through the mouth or nose). The drug is approved for children over two years of age and pregnant women (after consultation with a doctor).
Bioparox is not recommended for nursing women, since the issue of its effect on breast milk has not been studied enough. In some cases, side effects are possible: dry mucous membranes, itching, swelling of the eyes, burning sensation, nausea.

How to use Framinazine
Framinazine nasal spray is produced by the Belarusian pharmaceutical industry. The most effective analogue of this remedy is the drug Isofra. The composition contains an antibacterial substance, due to which Framinazine is prescribed in the presence of rhinitis, nasopharyngitis and sinusitis of bacterial origin. The scope of use of the drug is pediatrics.
You should not use Framinazine drops on your own, as there are contraindications and adverse reactions. The appointment is made only by a doctor after a preliminary examination, based on the patient’s tests and symptoms.
What kind of remedy is this
Framinazine drops for children are an antimicrobial agent, an antibiotic of the aminoglycoside group. The main component of the nasal spray is an antibiotic called framycetin. It is low-toxic, used locally, the active components are not absorbed into the systemic circulation. It is prescribed by a doctor and can be purchased at pharmacies using a pre-written prescription.
Composition and mechanism of action
The instructions for using Framinazin spray indicate that the main active ingredient in the drug is the antibiotic Framycetin, which belongs to the group of aminoglycosides.
It has a bactericidal effect against pathogens. By introducing pathogenic agents into the cell membranes, the molecules of the agent destroy them, stopping the further development of the disease.
The effect of framycetin is noted against the following pathogenic agents:
- gram-positive streptococci;
- staphylococci, which are not destroyed by penicillins;
- Klebsiella;
- enterobacter;
- Proteus;
- salmonella;
- shigella
Important. It is these pathogenic microorganisms that most often cause the development of infectious processes in the organs of the upper respiratory system. Penetrating the surface of the mucosa, the active substance has a local effect, without being absorbed and without systemically affecting internal organs and systems.
Release forms
The main form of release of the drug is nasal spray in bottles. For ease of treatment of the nasal passages, each bottle is equipped with a special sprayer.
Indications for use
Framinazine nasal drops are used as an adjuvant when prescribing a complex treatment regimen. The main indications for use are:
- the presence of sinusitis in acute or chronic form;
- inflammatory processes in the nasal passages, caused by fungal spores;
- inflammatory process in the nasal sinuses;
- exacerbation of rhinitis of bacterial origin;
- development of rhinopharyngitis of bacterial origin.
Additional indications for the use of the drug are antiseptic treatment of the nasal sinuses before surgery, as well as prophylactic treatment after surgery to prevent the development of a secondary infectious process.
Contraindications
Use should only be carried out as previously prescribed by a specialist. Systemic use of the drug is unacceptable, as this may cause resistance of pathogenic microorganisms to the antibacterial component, as well as possible adverse reactions.
The drug is not prescribed if there is an increased susceptibility to the active components, if there is a tendency to develop an allergic reaction to antibiotics of the aminoglycoside category, during pregnancy and lactation.
During the course of treatment, some patients experienced allergic reactions or signs of imbalance in the intestinal microflora, therefore, in parallel with the use of an antibacterial drug, the child must be prescribed bifidobacteria or lactobacilli.
Framinazine is not used if rhinitis is provoked by influenza virus, parainfluenza, respiratory viral diseases, or uncomplicated runny nose. Do not use in children under one year of age or in patients with a deviated nasal septum.
How to use it
In each specific case, treatment is prescribed by a doctor. Only a specialist determines at what age Framinazine is used for children. The medicine is indicated for use in children over one year of age. The spray is sprayed in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, one spray at a time.
Important. When spraying, keep the bottle of medicine in an upright position. The duration of therapy is 7 days.
special instructions
In some cases, after using the medicine, swelling of the mucous membrane occurred. In very rare situations, skin rash and itching have occurred. Usually the drug is well tolerated by the body.
This product is not used for rinsing the nasal cavity. Use with caution for those patients with a history of diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or pathological processes in the cardiac apparatus.
In rare cases, an overdose may occur, symptoms of which include a burning sensation in the nasal cavity, vertigo and headaches.
If after a week of treatment the effect does not occur, you should contact your doctor and adjust the treatment regimen. In most cases, reviews from doctors and patients about the drug are positive.
Reviews
Marina: After suffering from the flu, my son developed complications in the form of sinusitis. The doctor prescribed the use of Framinazine. After just a few days, the child stopped complaining of pain, and the discharge became less abundant.
Galina: My daughter has chronic sinusitis. We used many vasoconstrictor drugs, but they only helped for a while. The doctor prescribed Framinazine. We completed the course without any exacerbations.
Conclusion
When used correctly and in compliance with all dosages, you can achieve a quick effect from using Framinazine spray. Before use, be sure to consult a specialist, since there may be contraindications and individual intolerance.

The child had a severe allergic reaction. She is allergic, but the doctor said no one complained! After the injection, about 20 minutes later, my eyes began to itch, became red, swollen, and a bag under the eye swelled. It’s good that you always have anti-allergy medications on hand!

Isofra in Belarusian! But does it make sense? About how we treated a persistent runny nose. Photos and instructions.
With the beginning of the snot season, many people fall ill and cannot be treated with anything. But it happens that it seems to have already been cured, but greenery appears from the nose periodically. It is better to take antibiotics only as a last resort.
Children go to kindergarten and there are problems again!
In this review I will tell you about the use of this drug in myself and my child. No, you won’t see green snot, handkerchiefs, or a snotty child in my review, I’m for adequacy
About two dollars.
Available in any pharmacy in Belarus.

By the way, the bottle is much more convenient than the original! It produces a uniform stream of the drug that irrigates the nasal mucosa.
This is where analog wins!
After another illness, my daughter began to snore loudly in her sleep, and sometimes even snore. The ENT doctor didn’t say anything intelligible and prescribed Framinazine. In Belarus, doctors are required to prescribe Belarusian drugs, but the doctor is confident that ours can do just as well as Isofra.
To be honest, I had doubts, because Isofra did not help me at the time. But my body is different and I have resistance to some drugs.
How was the treatment?
I set an alarm so I wouldn’t forget to spray the baby in the nose. I did everything according to the instructions.
The first day - no changes.
The third day - a little less wheezing.
Day four - significant improvements.
The fifth is almost pure breathing.
The sixth is pure breathing.
Next four more days and everything is perfect!
I didn't observe any side effects. Everything is fine!
Four days after stopping Framinazine, wheezing began again. And after a week everything became as if there was no treatment.
The effect was temporary, but I was counting on the fact that it was an antibiotic and it would help.
After some time, my daughter fell ill with renewed vigor, with fever and cough. She was prescribed a strong antibiotic. Only after that everything went away, both the snoring and the snoring.
There were remnants of the drug hanging around in the bottle, and I just got sick. But you wake up in the morning, and there is greenery in the nasopharynx, and something incomprehensible comes from the nose. I decided to finish off my daughter’s spray.
I must say that it did not cause me any unpleasant sensations, such as burning or dryness. Nothing.
But after a few days of use, no improvement at all!
I had the exact same thing with Isofra a few years ago.
I washed my nose with Furacilin and Septomirin for a couple of days. This is the only way I was able to recover!
I read other reviews and understand that it’s different for everyone. It helps some, not others. Everyone has their own bacteria that causes a runny nose, but ours is apparently different from most.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
Firstly, it gave the child only temporary results.
But there are also positive aspects of this drug.
Convenient bottle! You can pour any drops into it and use it as a spray.
Works the same as the original.
Do not use if water is just running from your nose, this is a drug for bacterial infections, not viral ones.
Three stars rating!
My review is my subjective opinion. If your doctor prescribed it to you, then follow the recommendation. I will be glad if this drug helps you!

Serious Owl does not recommend nasal spray "Pharmtekhnologiya" LLC Framinazin
We also wash it with furacelin. I'll go Google about Septomirin.
I haven’t tried this spray and have no desire to
We make inhalations and wash my nose. But now I will be more careful with such drugs
Thanks for your feedback.
Everyone likes an analogue of a popular antibiotic in Russia, except its habitat
In a Belarusian pharmacy, each visit begins with a question from the pharmacist: “What products should I offer you: domestic or imported?” Even what is made in Russia is considered imported and costs many times more than what is made locally.
Down with green snot. And in general, no snot!
What can Framinazine produced in Belarus do if it is used correctly? How to get rid of a runny nose as effectively as possible? I will describe my experience of using it. A runny nose caused by bacteria is a dubious joy.
Cured a persistent bacterial runny nose.
We bought Framinazine spray in Belarus, and with its help we quickly cured a rather lingering bacterial runny nose. A “green” runny nose tormented the child for more than a month. It so happened that against the background of constant ARVI (going to kindergarten), a bacterial runny nose has become almost a normal phenomenon.
We are looking for an analogue of Isofra
"Isofra" is a spray for intranasal use that has antibacterial properties. The popular antibiotic successfully copes with inflammatory processes in the nasopharynx caused by the development of microbes.
However, it is not recommended to use Isofra for a long time, since it can lead to dysbacteriosis of the nasal mucosa. To eliminate cold symptoms, doctors advise using gentle analogues of the drug.
Why are analogues needed?
Before looking for an analogue of Isofra, you should read the instructions for using the nasal spray.
It is an effective antibacterial agent that helps improve local immunity.
The spray is designed to eliminate infectious diseases that occur in the nasopharynx and paranasal sinuses.
At the same time, the antibiotic has disadvantages that force consumers to look for analogues of the product.
- Inability to fight rhinitis of viral etiology;
- Impossibility of use for the treatment of small children;
- The appearance of dysbacteriosis with prolonged use of the spray;
- The cost of the antibacterial drug is quite high.
What properties should an analogue have?
"Isofra" belongs to the antibacterial agents of the aminoglycoside group. The drug contains framycetin, which actively fights gram-positive and gram-negative microbes. But, as already mentioned, it is undesirable to use an antibiotic to treat children, since it can cause an allergic reaction and dysbacteriosis.
To effectively combat inflammation in the nasopharynx, analogues must have the following properties inherent in an antibiotic:
- anti-inflammatory;
- wound healing;
- decongestants;
- disinfectants;
- moisturizing.
In addition, for the treatment of children, it is advisable to select drugs of combined action. They must have not only antimicrobial, but also antiviral properties.
In this case, the use of the medicine will be advisable in the treatment of such diseases:
List of the best analogues
What substitutes for Isofra are indicated for use to eliminate inflammation in the nasopharynx in children and adults?
Some of the most effective agents similar in action to antibiotics include:
Before using drugs, you need to read their instructions for use and consult with an otolaryngologist.
Each of them has a specific composition, so not all types of drugs can be used in treating children.
"Bioparox"
Aerosol "Bioparox" is one of the best generics of "Isofra". The antibiotic is available in the form of a spray and, according to the instructions for use, has approximately the same pharmacological effect. It contains fusafungin, a substance with a powerful antibacterial effect.
"Bioparox" fights the following types of microorganisms:
- staphylococcus and mycoplasma;
- anaerobic microbes and Candida;
- microbial strains Neisseria.
The nasal spray can be used to treat children over 12 years of age, but not longer than 5-7 days in a row. To do this, 1-2 doses of the medicinal composition are instilled into each of the nasal passages no more than 3-4 times a day.
Contraindications for the use of Bioparox include:
- sensitivity to the components of the product;
- children's age (up to 11 years);
- predisposition to bronchospasms.
"Rinofluimucil"
Nasal spray "Rinofluimucil" is one of the best analogues of "Isofra", which has a vasoconstrictor and mucolytic effect. Unlike the original, the medicine contains two active ingredients: tuaminoheptane and acetylcysteine.
As indicated in the instructions for use, the spray can be used for the following diseases:
Like the original drug, Rinofluimucil has a convenient dispenser, which greatly facilitates its intranasal use. The dosage for adults is 2 doses in each nasal passage three times a day, and for children - no more than 1 dose three times a day.
However, doctors do not recommend using the spray if you have:
"Framinazine"
Framinazine is an antibacterial drug belonging to the group of aminoglycosides. The nasal spray is active against most strains of bacteria that cause inflammation of the nasopharynx. The active component of the product, framycetin sulfate, damages the cytoplasmic membrane of pathogens, preventing their reproduction.
According to the instructions for use of the drug, it can be used to combat the following problems:
How to use the spray? To treat adults, 1 dose of solution is injected into each nasal passage 5-6 times a day, and when treating children, the procedure is performed no more than 3 times a day.
The main contraindications for the use of antibiotics include:
- hypersensitivity of the mucous membrane;
- secondary immunodeficiency.
Features of choosing analogues
Before choosing a substitute for Isofra, you need to read the instructions for its use in more detail. This will help you decide on a group of drugs that fight the same types of diseases.
Moreover, when choosing an analogue, you need to take into account the following criteria:
- Release form of the medicine. For intranasal use, it is better to choose medications in the form of sprays or drops. This makes it easier to control the dose of the administered drug (Rinofluimucil, Framinazine);
- Composition of the medicine. To treat children, it is advisable to use products that contain components of plant origin. They do not dry out the mucous membranes and do not cause irritation (“Bioparox”);
- Cost of the drug. If the course of treatment is at least a day, it is more advisable to use nasal agents, which are cheaper than Isofra (Protargol, Fugentin).
When choosing analogues of Isofra, you need to focus on the principle of action of the drug, its versatility and safety in the treatment of children. The best antibiotic analogues include Rinofluimucil and Bioparox.

Framinazine nasal drops
The discovery of antibacterial agents several decades ago was a breakthrough in medicine. With these medications, people were able to get rid of quite serious pathologies that were previously considered fatal. The drugs are used for oral administration and are applied to the skin and mucous membranes. The antibiotic for topical use of the drug became “Framinazine”. Instructions for use, composition of this drug and thoughts about it will be described for you.
Form of the medicinal product active substance
About the drug "Framinazin", the instructions for use say that it is an antibiotic that has a bactericidal effect. The main substance is the compound framycetin sulfate. One milliliter of solution contains 125 mg of this product.
The medicine is produced in the form of a colorless or yellowish liquid. It is contained in bottles with a spray nozzle. The drug has an antibacterial and bactericidal effect. It damages the pathogenic cell by destroying its cytoplasmic membrane. The active substance is effective against gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms living in the upper respiratory tract of humans.
Important information
Before using the drug "Framinazine", the instructions for use should be studied very carefully. The annotation indicates the indications that oblige the patient before taking an antibiotic. There are also restrictions under which the use of medications is prohibited. Even if the medication was prescribed by a doctor, this data should be studied.
"Framinazine": instructions for use
The drug is administered nasally. By pressing the nebulizer, one dose of medication is delivered. During administration, you must keep your head straight, without tilting it to the side. The product is applied to the nasal mucosa after preliminary cleaning of the passages. To achieve greater effect, the cavities need to be rinsed.
The duration of therapy is 7 days. It must be taken into account that even if you feel better, you should not stop using the antibiotic before the end of the specified period. Otherwise, microorganisms will become resistant to the active substance. This is reported in the instructions for use of the drug Framinazine.
Reviews
There are different opinions about the drug. Most patients who followed the doctor's advice are satisfied with the medications. Parents of children say that the product helps to quickly get rid of green snot. In addition, the drug does not cause adverse reactions. The medication is administered nasally, so it does not disrupt the digestion process, like many antibiotics.
The medicine is effective against various microorganisms. If there really is a bacterial infection in the upper respiratory tract, then the medication will most likely help you. The drug does not have a vasoconstrictor effect, it is not addictive. It is permissible to use the medication as prescribed by a doctor from the first days of life. Please note that antibiotics must be prescribed by a physician. Self-medication can make you feel worse. All the best!
