    • Low-fat fish - hake, bream, cod, pollock;
    • Dietary meat - veal, beef, turkey, rabbit. You can use it to steam cutlets, zrazy, and meatballs;
    • Low-fat dairy products - low-fat cottage cheese, kefir, sour cream, cheeses without additives, milk with skimmed cream;
