Nasal spray Malavit Rino - review

Malavit Rino spray is a new product on the market! Is it worth trying? The answer is here!

With the onset of winter, cold remedies for adults and children become so popular. The most common in this case are vasoconstrictors, but, as you know, they can only be used for 3-5 days in a row and they dry out the nasal mucosa very much.

In search of an alternative, I came across Malavit Rino spray from the company Malavit, which I respect.

Before that, I used the hygiene product Malavit (solution), it perfectly treated a runny nose, although it is not called a medicine.

Its composition is completely natural - herbs, mumiyo, etc., so it was also used for children. The only inconvenience was the need to dilute Malavit solution for instillation every day, because... within 24 hours after dissolving in water, it loses its properties and precipitates.

And then Malavit Rino spray appeared on the manufacturer’s website, just in a form convenient for me.

Of course I ordered it. The price is available in rubles for 15 ml.

I tried it and was disappointed. The difference with the source is colossal, there is zero therapeutic effect + an inconvenient dispenser (it practically does not splash, but if you turn it over, it pours out in a stream).

I repeat, the manufacturer claims this spray as a hygienic product, so it may well serve as a replacement for some Aquamaris, for example.

But I didn’t notice the properties of the drug Malavit in it, only the name. I also did not find any relief in breathing or an increase in local immunity, which is what the manufacturer promised on the bottle. Once opened, the bottle must be used within 14 days.

Is it worth trying? You decide. My answer is no.

Malavit solution is much more effective. I recommend trying it

My other health reviews:

An amazing new product for restoring health - orogranules

Good vitamins for pregnant and nursing mothers

Mirova does not recommend Malavit Rino Nasal Spray

I keep looking at their creams, but after this spray my hand doesn’t rise to buy...doubts overcome)

Instructions for use Malavita

Malavit solution and cream-gel are intended for external use. Before application, it is recommended to shake the bottle with the product slightly (slight turbidity of the solution and the appearance of a small amount of sediment in it are allowed).

Malavit drops: instructions for use

The solution should be applied to the skin using a cotton sponge at the site of the inflammatory process. To enhance the therapeutic effect, the treated area is covered from above with plastic film and a bandage.

Application time ranges from twenty minutes to three hours. To achieve a more pronounced effect in subacute processes, before applying a compress, it is recommended to pre-warm the sore spot using a local warming procedure (massage, heating pad, rubbing).

As prescribed by the attending physician, the solution is used in pure or diluted form:

  • If the integrity of the skin is not compromised, Malavit is applied without dilution. Gauze napkins are moistened in the solution, applied to the affected area, covered with cellophane and left for several hours.
  • Malavit should be applied diluted to damaged skin and the surface of mucous membranes. The proportion for dilution can be different: from 1:20 to 1:5, which corresponds to 1 ml of solution per glass of water (200 ml). In this form, the solution retains its pharmacological activity for at least 24 hours.

Compresses with Malavit solution are often supplemented with the use of antiseptic cream-gel from the same basic series of “Prevention and Health” products. The ointment can be applied either directly or on a piece of gauze or a cotton swab.

The duration of treatment and the optimal therapeutic dose are determined by the attending physician based on the severity of the disease, the effectiveness of therapy and the general condition of the patient.

For the treatment of ENT diseases, 5 to 10 drops of Malavit per 100 ml of water are usually prescribed. The resulting solution is used to rinse the nasal passages, as nasal drops, and also for gargling. The frequency of procedures is from 3 to 5 during the day.

For children under 5 years of age, Malavit is diluted in 0.5 glasses of water (100 ml), dosing the product at the rate of 1 drop for each year of the child’s life.

For patients diagnosed with catarrhal otitis media, the drug should be diluted with 5 drops of the drug in 5 ml (teaspoon) of water. The resulting solution is heated to the patient’s body temperature, then a cotton swab is moistened in it, allowed to dry slightly and injected into the ear canal. The frequency of procedures is from 4 to 6 per day.

Malavit is also effective in the initial stages of the development of diseases such as acute respiratory infections, acute respiratory viral infections or influenza. Treatment involves rubbing the patient's back and chest with the elixir in its pure form and putting cream in the nose (frequency of procedures - from 5 to 6 times a day).

It is also recommended to use Malavit for gargling. For this purpose, drops of the product are diluted in 100 ml of water.

In obstetric and gynecological practice, the hygiene product Malavit is prescribed for thrush, genital herpes, endocervicitis, as well as for a number of other diseases of the female genital area.

The solution helps normalize the vaginal microflora, which makes it advisable to use it in the complex treatment of one of the most common female diseases - bacterial vaginosis (or, in other words, vaginal dysbiosis). A positive therapeutic effect is observed in 95 cases out of 100.

Methods of use in gynecology:

  • Toilet of the external genitalia (Malavit is diluted in the proportion of two teaspoons per glass of water).
  • Phonophoresis of the vagina with Malavit (the product is diluted in water in a ratio of 1:10).
  • Douching with a solution (for this purpose, 2 teaspoons of the drug should be diluted with a glass of water).
  • Treatment with tampons with the drug (2 teaspoons of Malavit are diluted in a glass of water, then a loose gauze swab is generously moistened in the resulting solution and inserted into the posterior vaginal fornix for three to five hours).

The course of treatment described above is 10 procedures. If the use of Malavit is supplemented with phonophoresis, as a rule, 5-6 procedures are sufficient.

The drug can also be used as a prophylactic during the menstrual cycle. To do this, a hygienic tampon is moistened with a few drops of solution and inserted into the vagina.

All procedures can be carried out by a woman independently at home.

In urological practice, treatment of cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis and other diseases is carried out exclusively under the supervision of a doctor. Malavit is used as an addition to the main therapy. Treatment with it involves instillation of a solution diluted 5-20 times into the urethra. The duration of exposure is from half an hour to an hour. The frequency of procedures is 1 or 2 during the day. The course of treatment usually lasts from 10 to 15 days.

To treat dental diseases, rinsing the mouth with a solution is prescribed, for the preparation of which 7-10 drops of Malavit are diluted in a glass of water.

It is also possible to use applications using tampons (turunda) soaked in a solution of Malavita diluted in glycerin. Malavit and glycerin should be taken in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2.

The effectiveness of treatment increases significantly if it is supplemented with the use of Malavit products for oral care.

For excessive sweating of the feet and palms, prepare baths with sea salt (about 5 liters of water) and 10 ml of Malavit solution. Excessively sweating armpits are periodically treated with a tampon generously moistened in an undiluted solution.

To treat insect and snake bites, the undiluted drug is applied to a piece of gauze folded in several layers, after which the gauze is applied to the bite site for 7-10 minutes. Frequency of procedures during the day.

Such an application, made immediately after the bite of an encephalitis tick, poisonous spider or snake, gives the person providing first aid to the victim the necessary time to prepare the patient for the subsequent necessary injection of gamma globulin.

To treat fungal diseases of the feet, turundas soaked in Malavit solution are placed between the toes. Treatment is supplemented with hot foot baths (optimal temperature - about 50 degrees) with the addition of Malavit diluted in water in a ratio of 1:10.

Scabies and encephalitis mites die 7-10 minutes after a single application using the drug undiluted.

When acne, pustules, boils appear, as well as for the treatment of chronic dermatoses, the affected areas of the skin are treated three to five times a day with undiluted Malavit solution.

In case of sprained ligaments, it is recommended to apply a compress with Malavit as early as possible, bypassing cold procedures. To do this, apply gauze generously soaked in the solution to the damaged area, cover the application with plastic wrap and secure with an elastic bandage.

The duration of one procedure is an hour. Frequency of procedures per day.

For fractures, during the first three to five days after injury, Malavit is recommended to be administered under a splint or plaster. The dose of the drug is ml, the frequency of procedures is daily. After the plaster is removed, treatment continues in the same way as for a sprain.

For neuritis, neuralgia (including trigeminal neuralgia), headache and muscle pain, the drug is rubbed undiluted into the site of pain.

Water procedures using liquid Malavit have a positive effect on the condition of the scalp and hair. At the same time, the consequences of the negative impact of chlorinated water on them are completely eliminated.

To qualitatively improve the health and appearance of hair and skin, the product is added to the bath at the rate of 10 drops per 200 liters of water. A greater effect can be achieved by complementing bath procedures with the use of Malavit shampoos and shower gels.

Gel Malavit: instructions for use

Gel Malavit is used both as an independent product and in combination with a drug in the form of a solution.

Since the drug helps normalize the function of the sebaceous and sweat glands, and also prevents the spread of the inflammatory process, it is often used by cosmetologists as an effective remedy for acne. Thanks to its light texture and pleasant smell, the cream can also be used in home cosmetology for everyday personal hygiene and care for problem skin.

The grape seed oil it contains protects all skin types from dryness and prevents premature aging.

Dermatologists often prescribe cream-gel for the treatment of mycoses, condylomas, warts, boils, carbuncles and other fungal and purulent-inflammatory lesions of the skin, glands and hair follicles located in it.

It is recommended to apply applications with Malavit cream several times a day until the symptoms of the disease completely disappear. So, to treat herpetic rashes, the ointment is applied to the affected areas of the skin of the body and lips three or four times a day (it is not advisable to wash off the product).

In the complex treatment of ENT diseases (in particular, sinusitis), cream-gel is used by applying 7-8 times a day to the projection of the maxillary cavities. Therapy is supplemented by rinsing the nasal passages and gargling using Malavit solution (for this, 20 drops of the product are diluted with a glass of water). It is recommended to wash and rinse 2-4 times a day.

At the initial stages of the development of acute respiratory diseases and influenza, the gel is placed 5-6 times a day in the nasal passages, supplementing the treatment with gargling with a liquid solution diluted at the rate of drops per glass of water, as well as rubbing the patient’s back and chest with Malavit undiluted.

For thrush and other gynecological diseases, the cream-gel is applied to a loose gauze swab and inserted into the posterior fornix of the vagina for three to five hours. Treatment with the drug in the form of a cream is allowed only after the vaginal sanitation procedure.

For the treatment of fresh injuries, their consequences, neurological diseases, as well as diseases of the musculoskeletal system, Malavit cream is used according to the following scheme:

  • if there are hematomas on the body (and in the absence of damage to the integrity of the skin), the product is applied to the affected area two or three times a day;
  • for diseases of the musculoskeletal system and inflammation of soft tissues due to various injuries, to relieve pain and reduce tissue swelling, the cream is applied with light massaging movements to the damaged area several times a day;
